Figured I could get a decent coffee. Coffee was drinkable but that's it. Food options were meh. Did not see any bread.
Bathroom was gross. One toilet has dried old poop smears on the seat and the sink/floor looked and smelled like it hadn't been properly cleaned in while.
The workers were super friendly, but everything else was subpar for a Panera.

No customer service. You order thru a kiosk. You pick-up your order from kitchen window. You clean off the table. They expect a tip. Grilled cheese wasn't melted and tomato soup had an eyelash on the inside of the bowl.

Isn't a manager supposed to check the mobile orders? That's how it was when I worked at a Panera. Whoever checked mine didn't even look in the bag because I didn't get my side. Didn't notice until I got home and it was pouring rain, so I didn't want to go back out.
That on top of already having to wait 15min in the drive-thru because they wouldn't just tell the person ahead of me they needed to pull up is a little BS. What's the point of a mobile order if you're waiting just as long as ordering at the speaker?

We stopped in from out of town. They were out of certain kinds of bread. There wasn't any sweet tea. We couldn't find a clean table. The whole time we were there, no one cleaned anything. The tables and floors were still covered in food. The sandwiches were OK, but the potato soup was watery.
The store is going downhill due to poor management and menu.

Got the wrong sandwich. Ordered an Italian and got tuna fish. My tab came to 17.01 and I gave him a 20$ . He gave me 1.99 back should have been 2.99$ .

Truly awful experience. Forgot part of the order. The Mac and cheese like essentially frozen when we got it. Messed up a sandwich and the cashier was complaining the whole time. The dining room was dirty and I would never go back here again. I wouldnt recommend visiting this location.
