I like their sandwiches, but I question if they are understaffed. I wanted a relaxed breakfast inside. The Hazelnut coffee was empty, so I let them now and they went to refill it. I waited about 10 minutes, but it never came back, so I switched to roasted coffee, but it was cold. Consider investing in better staff or a manager to ensure the store runs smoothly. Perhaps pay more to keep the store's reputations high? It shouldn't be the employees fault at all times.

Never have enough bagels. Went to order a bagel pack at 7:30 am and they were already out. This location doesn’t plan well enough to meet their customers needs. Disappointed for the last time here. Maybe think about a management change.

Food and service are great here, one of their better locations.
We always have a positive experience when dining in or with take out. The staff is always friendly and helpful , the restaurant is clean and well stocked , and the food is always exactly what we ordered. The quality of food is better than other “fast food” restaurants, the portion sizes are perfect and we always enjoy everything we order! Management is also very nice and patient with us when we are ordering and greet us with a smile!

Please just check your order before you leave! this is the worst Panera location. You’re paying $15-20 dollars for a meal with no meat poorly managed specially with to go orders hoping you don’t complain about it. Literally they just wrap a piece of bread with NO meat or veggies is very disappointing. Have membership and coffee always empty or no coffee at all.

Really disappointed with the management at this location. I had to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru for a simple iced coffee that I had already pre-ordered in the app.
The drive thru attendant didnt have my order ready by the time I went to her window even though I already told her my name, then 15 minutes later, she brought me someone else’s FOOD order even though I specifically said my name and that it was just an Iced Coffee. Then it took another 10 minutes to finally get my coffee. Very inefficient operations here. Needs much improvement
