This Panera used to be great but it's gradually gotten worse through the years. You can only order through the kiosks or online even though there are more than enough workers. The bread is stale and the cookie was bone dry and not heated up. I'm writing this review not to be rude but to hopefully bring these issues to the attention of the people in charge so that they can figure out these issues. I'd love to keep going here but it's getting lower and lower quality every time I go unfortunately. For the time being I'd recommend one of the many other amazing restaurants in One Bellevue Place.

I don't know what to say *smh*. Kitchen had 5 people working. People were coming in from the drive thru saying they had been waiting for over 30 mins. People before us had been there for over 45 mins before we got there. We had ordered online and still had to wait over 45 mins to get that order. There is no management.People are crowding the counter, I mean come on. Don't hang on the counter and if you feel you must hang over the counter, please, please, please, don't play with your hair,do that at home overyour own food. Everyone is here waiting for the same thing, your no more important than anyone else, grab a seat and hunker down like the rest of us. People, it's this bad, we actually ordered from a restaurant next door , had the time to run over, grab it and still get back to wait another 15 mins. I understandgetting people to work is getting harder, but everyone "looked" like they were working. Still nothing came out of the kitchen. Hate to say it, every time I say it's the last time here, I try again and don't know why I expect a different outcome. Will say, the guy with shorter dark hair working up front, kudos too you for dealing with everyone as nicely as you did. Needless to say, app has been deleted. We won't be back and I know they don't care. It's cool.. Just not wasting time, money or my mental health on this establishment again. Lesson finally learned.

I can’t believe how bad this location is. During the pandemic they tried to blame everything on supply chains. Pandemic been over for quite a while.I just came in this store after a year and a half of traveling to other locations to avoid this locations issues. And nothing has changed. Out of virtually half the ingredients it takes to make A Green Goddess salad. Chose a Mediterranean bowl instead but “sorry we are outta rice.” I was like, “what can we get that comes the way intended?” Young lady(very sweet) said, “I’m not sure.”Obviously a management issue.Used to come here but always had frozen chicken in the Green Goddess salad. Usually they would never put in the ingredients I paid extra for.Looks like I’ll just ditch Panera for good and hit the T’Zikis.

There are chronic issues at this particular location with:-being understaffed (sometimes no one is at the register)-frequently being out of several self-serve items at once (today it was hot water, decaf coffee, and hazelnut coffee)-unprofessional staff (recently a manager and an employee had a lengthy and loud argument about packaging protocol audible to the whole dining room)-tables being uncleaned between customers (e.g., crumbs)-inconsistent WiFi (drops every 20 minutes, hard to connect)On top of that, the new policy of requiring a visit to the pickup window for cups is just obnoxious. If it wasn’t such a convenient location I would never come here.

They are out of bakery/ pastries all the time, I paid for a croissant and they didn’t have it so they had to give me a chocolate chip muffin which was nasty, tasted like they baked it 3-4 days ago. I also ordered a chicken noodle soup and it was all broth and grease.Ordered a salad and the chicken was frozen!!! literally a piece of ice.

Love Panera but the houseless person sleeping right outside the door, at a table, made me nervous.

This is the third time in a row that I’ve come and they’re out of stuff. Not to mention two times, two times! In a row that they gotten my order incorrect and when I go and tell them, they get mad and argue with me.Absolutely the worst Panera I’ve ever been too. The workers are rude and they’re out of everything all the time.

Zero help. No salt or pepper. Staff was loud and inappropriate with each other. I do not need to hear about their love life. Eating area was not clean. Do better.

I went to Panera this week and basically paid $21. Plus. I had an edible cup of broccoli cheese soup. One half chicken salad sandwich. That was all bread and no chicken salad. Three stale oatmeal berry cookies that were thrown in the trash. There are no employees at the front taking orders. You are forced to use the kiosks to place your order. No one is allowed to order bread sitting in the front displays in the bakery. If there is something wrong with your order when you pick it up in the back. Too bad. So sad you have been had. I will not be back to this location ever. I hope it closes soon. $21 for a cup of broccoli cheese soup is ludicrous.
