There are a couple staff members at this location who are impolite and forget their customers are predominantly hospital staff or family and friends of loved ones. I, a customer of Panera and an aunt to a patient who was life flighted to the hospital, was treated very rudely by the Team Lead staff member at this location. When the Team Lead staff member approached the register to take my order, she didn’t want to look me in the face and was extremely rude when taking my order. Two additional family members of mine experienced the same or worse level of rudeness from her when placing their orders as well. I approach everyone with a smile and kindness; it would be very nice if she would try to do the same and remember who her customers are. Please try to have a little bit of empathy.

Wow. I didn’t know a Panera could be so bad. The staff was downright annoyed and rude, the food was hard and stale (?) Just awful. The only outside restaurant at Vanderbilt hospital and it’s terrible.

Workers are so rude and disrespectful. They need to train their staff better. People come here when their loved ones are sick and then get treated extremely disrespectful. Shameful.

Adrian is a ROCKSTAR! Always a pleasurable experience. I frequent this location at least 3 times a week. Great customer service

If my Italliano sandwich had any more oil on it the U.S would have invaded it. The place was dirty, just not what you'd expect right next to a hospital

There was a mistake, and they went above and beyond to fix it. I can not say enough good things about the staff. Thank you. 2nd time: meal put in hours ahead of time. Ready 40 min. late. No refund issued by this franchise. 3rd time: wrong item in meal. They generally correct mistakes, but are chronically late so do not rely on the online order even if you do it 24-48 hrs ahead of time. Your best best is to order and plan picking up 30-40min past the pick up time. Food has always been good.

Sad thing is half the order was missing, when I went back I was told they were out, and it seemed like shorting an order was my problem, not theirs, Panera is off my list, if I pay for it I expect it or a refund, if I don't get it it's just theft. The way I was blown off left a bad taste in my mouth, 39$ after tip and I got a soup, half a grilled cheese and a sandwich. The bread, bagel, chips, and desert was gone, daughter was having a bad day to begin with her mom unconscious in the ICU, I gave her my sandwich so she would at least have a full meal

Panera and Vanderbilt need to do better. This place is awful. Staff, service, and options. They literally r out of everything, every day. What a shame in a hospital.

This place always has the sloppiest made sandwiches with awful ingredient quality. Makes me sad for the Panera I had as a child. I can’t believe they cut funding for fresh bread to make more money.
The only reason why I go sometimes is for convenience while I am at work.
Top notch place to have breakfast.

Nice quick friendly service (6:30am). Park in the garage and go up the ramp near the north medical building and it's to the left.
