There was a mistake, and they went above and beyond to fix it. I can not say enough good things about the staff. Thank you. 2nd time: meal put in hours ahead of time. Ready 40 min. late. No refund issued by this franchise. 3rd time: wrong item in meal. They generally correct mistakes, but are chronically late so do not rely on the online order even if you do it 24-48 hrs ahead of time. This location is a chaotic hot mess during business hours, particularly in the morning. Overrun by medical center students, staff, nurses, doctors, patients, and just random people. However, the staff is really nice (even though you can see the fear and overwhelm in their eyes). Renee is always the calm during the storm and polite and friendly. PROMOTE HER AND KEEP HER AROUND! Sip Club is OK but oftentimes the drinks run out. Also, no cold/lukewarm/room temperature decaf coffee...

Consistently the WORST Panara ever. The order is always very delayed. I quit going there 6 months ago due to long waits, but tried it again today. Same thing. I ordered on the app 30 minutes early yet the food was 30 minutes late. Missed my lunch due to the awful service. Get it right, Panana. Hire some reliable staff and pay them well!!
