This location is a chaotic hot mess during business hours, particularly in the morning. Overrun by medical center students, staff, nurses, doctors, patients, and just random people. However, the staff is really nice (even though you can see the fear and overwhelm in their eyes). Renee is always the calm during the storm and polite and friendly. PROMOTE HER AND KEEP HER AROUND! Sip Club is OK but oftentimes the drinks run out. Also, no cold/lukewarm/room temperature decaf coffee...

Consistently the WORST Panara ever. The order is always very delayed. I quit going there 6 months ago due to long waits, but tried it again today. Same thing. I ordered on the app 30 minutes early yet the food was 30 minutes late. Missed my lunch due to the awful service. Get it right, Panana. Hire some reliable staff and pay them well!!

I have had many great experiences at this Panera. Great service & great food. Some of the menu options are limited, but when visiting a family member at the hospital (or if you work at Vanderbilt), it is so easy to place an online order & then walk over to simply pick it up at the front counter. There is a very nice courtyard right outside to eat at so that you can take a break from the hospital setting, although the restaurant plays great music & is enjoyable to eat...
