It's a controversial subject to some, but it is simple to me. If I come to a restaurant and need to use the restroom, let me use the restroom. I don't have a problem with a code being on the door, but I shouldn't be told to order first before getting a code. I am one of the many older people coming to a restaurant with a weaker bladder, and the last thing anyone needs is to wait for an employee to feel like showing respect to their customers. I had to use the bathroom badly, and this was what I was met with. I hope this complaint gets the visibility needed to change the disrespectful climate at this particular Panera Bread. This the only store that I have encountered practicing this protocol.

Self order station, ordered chili. Comes with bread. Decent service AFTER self-paying. Desserts look good. However, looks like they were sitting under the heatlamp all day. Bread was cold and hard. Nice clean eating area. Customers were friendly. Free parking next to movie theater. Prices were reasonable.

I have the sips club but was informed this is a test marketing site. The refreshers they are testing are NOT included in the sips club! I was informed I could only get $2 off a refresher frisca where as the original energy lemonade is what made me purchase the sips club rewards to begin with! So what's the point in being a sips club rewards member if the drinks i drink are no longer part of it? Panera why was there no communication of this change?
Extremely disappointed in this specific change and location.
Also noted they had two loaves of burnt bread displayed for sale and I walked back inside to take a picture just to show you!

I went in and ordered an iced coffee. After filling my cup and adding cream, I looked around for sugar-free sweetener packets (like usual at my local panera location). Couldn’t find any, so I asked an employee. The younger guy with curly brown hair immediately hit me with the fake-sympathy “oh no, im so sorry we don’tttt” answer. The speed of response made it very obvious he didn’t even register what I asked, and just brushed me off. Also, 9 times out of 10 most places have sugar free packets. He didn’t even bother to check or offer any other options.
So I just said “oh it’s fine” and was just planned on leaving with unsweetened coffee. Then on my way out, I spotted the hot coffee bar… fully stocked with Stevia, Splenda, and sugar-free sweeteners. Exactly what I asked about.
All it would’ve taken was actually listening for two seconds and pointing me in the right direction. Instead, I left feeling like I got brushed off with mediocre service.

The condiments and the meats were thrown in the bread with no regard i said no cheese i got double cheese, my avocado was so rotten I really didnt enjoy my meal 1st and last time Place sucks
