They change the menu too much... when you find something you like it ends up being taken off the menu... it's not cheap... so when I'm ready to splurge and drive across town..I get there only to be told they don't have it anymore...

Nasty. The workers never wear gloves. Kitchen is dirty. I watched them through the window touch sandwhiches with no gloves on. All paneras have lost their quality and are all gross now

Upon arriving, workers were not available to take our orders… they were both in the bathroom… I hope they washed their hands! One of those workers went directly to handling food after taking our order. Both female employees had skin sores on their face that looked like drug sores. The employee preparing the food did not wear gloves until after preparing our food (and handling the bread)… she also had “love marks” on her neck. The dining area and bathrooms were dirty. Never been in a Panera Bread that I felt uneasy eating at. I know everyone needs a job, but follow health codes to prevent health exposures.
