They change the menu too much... when you find something you like it ends up being taken off the menu... it's not cheap... so when I'm ready to splurge and drive across town..I get there only to be told they don't have it anymore...

Nasty. The workers never wear gloves. Kitchen is dirty. I watched them through the window touch sandwhiches with no gloves on. All paneras have lost their quality and are all gross now

Upon arriving, workers were not available to take our orders… they were both in the bathroom… I hope they washed their hands! One of those workers went directly to handling food after taking our order. Both female employees had skin sores on their face that looked like drug sores. The employee preparing the food did not wear gloves until after preparing our food (and handling the bread)… she also had “love marks” on her neck. The dining area and bathrooms were dirty. Never been in a Panera Bread that I felt uneasy eating at. I know everyone needs a job, but follow health codes to prevent health exposures.

I always try going through the drive-thru, sometimes they are backed up so I go inside. Today, no line, YAY!!! Not so much, the guy at the window was so sweet, very thorough, very engaging. In my head, I am thinking, definitely my lucky day. HOWEVER, then comes the wait. I believe I ordered at 8:24 a.m., waiting at the window about 5 minutes, then asked to pull up. Waited another 19 minutes, staff comes out with not my order. I asked what the problem was, "understaffed today". Waited another 3 minutes (approximately), comes out with order, get to the office and it's wrong. Not only was I late for work but didn't get a complete order. I get an email :Tell us about your order", stated the above and the received response was "Thanks again for your feedback, hope to see you soon". NOPE!!! Wait time is way too long & it's getting old. If you go inside the restaurant, they are always talking to each other...............glad they are getting along while we wait for our order.

I haven't been to panera in a couple of years. I was very disappointed with Panera on White bridge road. Customer service..? She didn't look at me.She rushed me.She didn't listen to me.And when I had to ask questions about the menu items that they no longer have. That were my favorites. She sort of pouted, took a deep breath and kicked your feet a little bit. "Yeah". My bagels were over toasted, hard as a rock and cold. Even the ice coffee tasted bad.
