I normally come here every morning for a drive thru pick up order that I do through the app ! But man in this past week I don’t know if it’s different employees or something but every order I pick up is wrong !! Like come on … get it together …is it hard to read pick orders and to get it right ?

First time really going to a Panera, it was clean and the staff seemed nice and perky. I’m typically a chain guy but my Asiago sausage egg and cheese was just mid and enticing enough not to drive out of the way. The manager horrifying spelled my name “Markis”. Bethany won’t be seeing me again.

I had an amazing experience at Panera in Nashville! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The service was quick, efficient, and delivered with genuine smiles, which made the visit even more enjoyable.

As for the food—absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, perfectly prepared, and served just the way I ordered. The “ Mediterranean chicken greens with grains salad” was out of this world!

The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you to the team for making this such a fantastic experience!

(Kadijah is the reason)
I came to this location & decided to order from the machine. It prompt you to ask the lady at front for the self filled cups. When we asked her she said they'll give it to us in the back. (We usually get them at front but it was fine, she was nice about it and had a smile) when I went to the back. I saw the lady's were busy so I decided to wait till one was closer and turned around. I proceeded to ask her (Kadijah) for the cup while we wait for the food. You know to prepare our drink and head out once we got our order. She looked annoyed & looked at the screen without saying anything to me & then asked me the name on the order. When she got the cup she said "you gotta wait till we get your other drinks" and walked away. I brushed it off & sat down while and waited for the food. I was on my phone, when I looked up my order was brought up. I got closer to  & ask if the drink & the other cup was ours (there were other orders in the queue) one lady passed & I said "excuse me" she side eye me and kept walking then my mom said "excuse me" & side eye us looked like she wanted to ignores us but finally turned our to acknowledge us. (I would think, common sense if someone was seating down and gets closer to the kitchen area they have a question and the right call would've been "you need anything" even if some don't, just acknowledge) I asked her about the drink and she called the lady whom said to wait for all the drinks to be handed. She side eyed me and responded to her not even turning around to let us know as if we weren't there, as if we hadn't asked. & proceeded to look at the screen. She then, I guess noticed she had to acknowledge us and continue with "you have to fill this cup yourself" not making eye contact in an annoyed tone.. I asked her for her name as we got all of our stuff & she looked at one of her coworkers & turned around with an irritated attitude. So I asked her if I heard right her name. And she in a low tone said yes. All this time without making eye contact w us... I'm not sure why she was so aggravated from the very beginning. If she probably had a rough start w another client but I don't take it out on my clients & I don't appreciate it when others do. I've never had any issue with any of the employees & I even apologize when I take long to order but I'm grateful to those who are humane & understanding. When I walked away the lady who at the beginning told me to ask for it was seating down & told me to have a nice day w the same smile from the beginning & was there when I had said "excuse me"

Worst Panera I have had in my entire life, all the food was cold including the Mac n cheese and the bread. Chicken noodle soup was so overcooked it was brown. There were nuts in my Caesar salad. No lids for our drinks. For $35 I expect better.

UPDATE:
I contacted Panera customer support. I received an apology and a full refund on my order. I had not expected that. I really appreciate the responsiveness and care for customer experience. Thank you for trying to keep a customer.******
Worst experience ever at any Panera. Usedtheir app. Requested no tomato and add onion. Order did not reflect the requests. Ordered and paid for loaf of bread, not included and no message that they were out.
The only positive was when I went to Cafe to order replacement for the bread. She was really helpful and tried to at least fix the omitted loaf. It was 1230 at Bread company and out of bread, really?

They never gave any baked goods past 10 AM. Their macaroons are dense brownies basically. Disgusting and laughable. That was the last time I will ever spend money at a Panera. They have always had decent bagels but they never have them anyways.

Need a system for getting water cups when you order on the computer. Also, please do not serve stale bread on your sandwiches. It hurts the teeth.

Our team recently had the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad delivered, and it was a fantastic choice! The salad was fresh, with tender and delicious chicken! Fresh apples were crisp and refreshing. It was a perfect healthy option for lunch. I highly recommend catering from this place!

Do the spoons cost extra? I sure didn't get one. The most important piece to eating soup.

I am just beyond disappointed at this point… the amount of money I have spent here going every morning is ridiculous…. Especially when it looks like this. Looks like it fell on the floor and was picked up and given to me. I just want to know who thought it was a good idea to serve this!

I waited 30 minutes for a sandwich at non peak hours and just waited 10 minutes for a cookie. I was sitting to work during all of this with my headphones in and my phone by my side. Usually I get text notifications when my order is ready but u noticed the texts weren’t coming through bc both times I just went up there wondering “why it was taking so long?” and finding that my order had been sitting up there a long while. The second time I went up there the second time I let the manager know “I don’t think the text notifications are working” she replied “I’ll be sure to call the name louder” to which I said “i have headphones in. I won’t hear. That’s why I rely heavily on the text notifications and they seem to not be working” to which she replied “you’ll have to call tech support. We don’t really know how to use that” to which I responded “are you a manager?” She said “yes” I said “isn’t this something a manager should handle” she said “we really have nothing to do with that.” I said “but it was at your kiosk in your store” like (“how could she not have something to do with a malfunction in her store?”) to which she responded “you’re the only one who’s reported the problem so you’ll have to call tech support “

All I can say is this is extremely unprofessional. The number one cardinal rule in customer service is LISTEN, EMPATHIZE, and CORRECT. You NEVER tell the customer “it’s your problem”. That is never ok. As a manager it is literally your job to put out flames and to fix things on a consistent basis. You are literally getting paid to oversee all things and make sure your store is running optimally and that your customers are having the best experience they can have.

I would rather drive to Starbucks to work than have to deal with this treatment again.
