I’m sick of this place. I’ve given it 3 tries and they just don’t listen and can’t comprehend orders. Every-time I come here they mess up my order then act like it’s my fault. Forget ordering a tea or anything a little different. They will screw it up. They also served me my hot tea cold. I don’t even know how you make cold hot tea. Did they use cold water and just put the flavoring and tea in? They are rude every single time. I’m done. Don’t bother with this place and go eat somewhere else where they can actually figure out your order and will be nice to you. Plus the bathrooms are locked and if you ask for the code they get irritated with you. The girl I asked yelled the code at me and walked away. Not exaggerating! Why lock a public bathroom? This place is ridiculous all around. Run from this place!

This place has fallen way off since it opened. That whole area of Rivergate has, really. It's almost like the city is letting that area get run down so that property values drop. I have nothing against homeless people, but the restaurant did feel more like a shelter than a restaurant. And I'm ok with that. The tables and counters were dirty and when I heard you had to have a code for the bathroom I knew there was no way I was going to even look inside them. Food was good though. Standard Panera faire. Except for my cookie. It was dry and tasted like stale air. I had to spit it out. At least the cookie was free.

I’m From Texas I was visiting Nashville area I stopped by This location Today, And we were greeted by The Most Wonderful Person I think her name was Alicia She was truly amazing, She recommended The best For Me and My wife! Truly an amazing person! The Food Was So Delicious And super Fresh, Definitely go stop by and grab a bite!!! ;)

I am a frequent customer and came in for my Birthday Reward. I ordered the cranberry orange slice.
The girl at the cash register was trying to give good customer and get my order since that was the only item. The problem was that already had on gloves while taking orders and collecting money.
She didn’t change her gloves nor use utensils to get my item. I’m so disgusted and threw it away in the trash outside. I should have said something, but I didn’t want to be a bother although she should have known better.

It is a good place to start the day and continue your day but I have had bad experiences with the cashier, he is very unfriendly I understand that it is mandatory to learn the English language but today I felt so bad that I started crying from helplessness alone I ask for a little more empathy with customers. They don't know the circumstances that each person may be going through. Empathy is free. The guy at the checkout knows Spanish. I know he spoke to me in Spanish and today was cruel. Please take into account the Hispanic work staff the other American employees are 10 out of 10 very good service even if they don't know how to give you information in Spanish they find a way to make you feel comfortable thank you

They dont clean the place plain and simple. None of the containers that they mix your drink in is more than rinsed out. They will pull your food out of their oven still completely uncooked/toasted and hand it to you, lie about what they are out of due to thek not wanting to make it. Then homeless people doing drugs and harassing folk outside in the parking lot in the middle of the day. Youd be better off drinking from the toilet with your dog at home the company and cleanliness is better.
