As usual, the drinks are great. That’s why I have a sip club membership! Unfortunately, the staff member I interacted with was very rude. She had AirPods in and ignored me. When she finally
asked if she could help and I said “yes please” she rolled her eyes at me, and then snapped at me when I went to give her my phone number. I got another eyeroll when I said “thank you!” Guess I’ll stick to patroning the Gallatin location!!

Stopped in to order just a tea. Was looked at by 2 employees and ignored. Then told to wait while the cashier put stickers on Togo orders. I ordered and then was told to wait for a simple drink to be poured. I work in the same shopping center, yet I had to rush to work to avoid being late. Restaurant was not busy at all. If a customer had to be put on the back burner for stickers, even when I told her I'm just ordering a drink, they're priorities are not very effective

I went to this place on 6/5/25. The Manager name at the time was, Shemeka Conley, she was very professional as were the rest of the staff and nice. She came to my table and made sure I was good. The food, the food was very good I ordered the pick two, the cheese steak and the poppyseed strawberry chicken salad my first time trying it and it was good!!

It seems like no matter the Panera these days, it's a similar experience.

Consistently poor service. Ordered 2 bagels, was given one. When I asked where the second bagel is, the lady simply tapped the receipt, insinuating that's all I ordered.

Once I pointed out the second order; she still took 10 mins toast it and give it to me.
