I realize it's a different world in 2024 but this location routinely being out of various breads, toppings, etc isn't really a great thing. Food is hit and miss. Mostly hit. But sometimes a bigger miss than Panera is usually known for. I'll leave comments re the staff as usually a different crew each time we've been there. I'm sure they are trying

Paid $7 for a mango smoothie that was more like a Wendy’s small and I ordered mango and it tasted like orange and strawberry. My wife got a salad and the her salad was part wilted. Our Nana got their French onion soup and it looked separated and cheese discolored. Had knowbody working the counter so had to struggle to use the self order screens and that was a job in its self, was difficult! No service what ever till we got our food from the window and that service was still not good. Rude and zero personality!

Debbie at this Panera location is the best! She always makes sure my catering orders for work are ready on time and exactly what we needed! I prefer to order to this Panera because I know that Debbie will always take care of what I need.

I’ve placed an online order for a spinach and artichoke soufflé. I get to the restaurant and was told they were making my order when the order was cleared off the screen. I went back to the rapid pick up area after waiting for 20 minutes without being acknowledged about my order and for the man to tell me they don’t have the soufflé. The manager said he will have a conversation with his staff. This is a terrible first experience and customer service. A man that ordered before me even had trouble with his catering order. Employees were cussing out loud making orders. Absolutely unacceptable!

I found a screw in my soup and Panera didn’t care!!!!I am a regular customer at Panera and have ordered from them frequently, both for myself and my children. In the past, I have received undercooked food and the wrong items delivered, but finding a little screw in my soup was beyond belief!!! This incident left me feeling terrified and deeply concerned about the quality control at Panera. When I reached out to Panera to report the issue, I was met with a lackluster response. They did not take immediate action to address the problem or pull the affected soup from their kitchen. The lack of urgency and care shown by Panera's response left me feeling as though my concerns were not taken seriously.

Delicious food and wonderful service. My daughter who is 8, ordered the wrong sandwich and not only did Darell remake it but he gave her a whole one instead of a half. Love him and love the entire crew!!

Waited 20 minutes for an untoasted bagel that they didn’t even end up having. Would give zero stars if possible.

So disappointed, I come in here often. I have two service dogs because I am a disable veteran. And my dogs are in a stroller. One is diabetic trained for my sugar and the other is for my PTSD from two terms for this country. A homeless walks up as i am getting my drinks with my back turned always from my service animals ?‍ and she proceeds to speak to them and make them alert me that danger is near by and a gentleman walks up after I just spent $30 on food to take out and tells me that I need to leave! I am then very embarrassed and emotional and respectful and leave as he proceeds to tell me that I can not be inside Panera with my service animals. As I’m leaving the boy who took my order said “I am sorry, the manager is cracking down and trying to get good reviews so we can get bonus Christmas checks” well I won’t be coming back here. I am so ashamed. I come in here all the time with my service animals and sit and eat and never had this kind of experience. And today in front of a bunch of people during the lunch period I am refused service and asked to leave. And this is what I sacrificed my life for. It’s a shame. I’ll go to Panera somewhere else now.

I dropped in for a $10 loaf of sour dough. The bread is great but pricey. That is not my complaint though. I knew the high cost going in. What made me mad was the kid slicing the bread dropped the end cap on the floor and then handed me the bread in a bag without a bag seal. For such an expensive loaf of bread I expect a more premium experience. I will be checking out other bakery options from here on out.
