Just dumb employees.
Ordered two pizzas and one order of garlic knots for delivery. Got only one pizza, driver too busy on his phone to care. I called the store, they didn’t seem to care, either. No apology at all! The rest of my order was sent out. Rude and ignorant employees.

I had a great experience with Xavier! very respectful great hospitality all around made my visit great .Preparing my food fresh and hot. He was the only worker today he executed everything perfect. I definitely will come back and definitely recommend Xavier I feel he needs a raise Papa John Shaquille O'Neill👍 thanks for making my day a little more easier Xavier

DON'T DO IT, DON'T ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!!. MY customer experiences were horrible. Went to the store to return the wrong pizza ordered after calling 9 times and someone answered 5 times and hung up. The way the female manager speaks to customers are horrible aa you explain what has occurred. Disrespectful to customer, delivers wrong pizza, not apologetic and puts customers out of the store. Left another customer outside wouldn't let that customer order, delivery person could not get in the store to order. Female manager too busy smoking outside to service customers. The week before my 45 minute deliery turned to 2 hour delivery. Will NEVER order from Papa Johns again after that disrespectful traumatic experience with this staff and store.

Order a Pizza online, check the status of the pizza and it says is being delivered.
But it was never delivered to me, and they use door dash .
I called to let them know about the situation. And ask if I want money back or order again.
I order again because we were hungry.
My neighboor got his pizza, from Dominos Pizza but I never received mine.
I guess we going back to Dominos Pizza!!

Placed order for delivery due to not being able to drive. I paid for 3 toppings and only got 2 toppings. I called to inform manger and spoke to Stephen. I was informed the Gm made my pizza and it must of been left off. Then I was asked what do I want to do about It. That the GM is gone for a he day. I’m highly disappointed in the lack of attention to my 3 topping pizza. Also he didn’t want to make it right. I love banana peppers and paid for them but got none. Also my wings I received were par level. They were not fresh.

Won't order again from here, food was pathetic, delivery was stupid. When they start using DoorDash left the food on step right in front of the door couldn't open the storm door without almost spilling the food. Not a good look or experience

I ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza and as you can see out of 6-8 slices, all the sausage is only maybe a couple pieces smh wow whoever made this did a terrible job

I would chose another Papa John’s. Poor customer service as this location has provided an incorrect order more than once in person and via delivery. Ordered online and utilized Papa Rewards just for them not to be honored in store. Employees don’t even apologize for errors or acknowledge their inconvenience. Manager is not resourceful and they seem like they have more fun than working.

Still waiting on refund been 2months why not get a hole new team that want to work or close that store down 3 months now I'm still waiting after buying 2 pizza's don't know if the kids run the store or the adult I see why they have 2 star if I call the BBB on them they will turn into.a real business
