So frustrated with this place. I was starving last night. It said they closed at 2 but I figured I’d ask if they could deliever anyway. I put in my order PAID and waited until 2 when I realized I was not getting my pizza. Would give 0 stars if possible. Do not order here. I wish I would have looked at the reviews.

Anchovies are on the web site iv orderd 3 times and theyve been out. Only on the 3rd time was i informed that they no longer carry Anchovies. Dispite chargeing me for them , i orderd extra extra Anchovies,. I also wanted the pizza cooked well done

AWFUL with delivery! Order placed at 10:30, as usual delivery drivers are released early and order released to DoorDash but alerted to contact the store. Unprofessional, trying to call and the manager picks up the phone and hangs up. Finally reach someone, time now 11:47 I’m told after this order were leaving for the night. Meanwhile the app states the order is being prepared. I inquired if it may be picked up? Unprofessional

**Absolutely Abysmal Service – Avoid at All Costs!**

If I could give zero stars, I would. This Papa John's location is an absolute disaster in every way imaginable. I placed an order online, and the website showed my order was successful—great, right? Wrong. I waited…and waited…and waited. Nothing. No update—just radio silence other than my card was charged. So, I tried calling, thinking maybe I could get some answers. Big mistake. They apparently treat their phone like a cursed object because not a single soul bothered to pick up.

Frustrated, I decided to drive to the store in person, hoping to clear things up. Turns out, my order was completely lost, and the staff couldn’t have cared less. No apology, no urgency—just blank stares and a collective shrug, as if I had just asked them to solve a difficult calculus problem.

And the attitude? Wow. I’ve encountered bad customer service before, but this was next-level hostility. When I asked what happened to my order, they acted like I was the problem, not them. One employee even had the nerve to yell at another customer who was just trying to get their food. The energy in that store wasn’t just chaotic—it was actively hostile. Every customer who walked in was treated like an inconvenience, like we were a burden just for expecting the bare minimum of service.

The best way I can describe their work ethic is to compare it to the sloth at the DMV from Zootopia—but somehow slower. There was absolutely no sense of urgency, as if time itself moved differently inside this Papa John's. It’s a pizza place, not a retirement home! People came in and out, all equally confused and frustrated, while the employees shuffled around like they were in a deep existential crisis.

Save yourself the stress and order from literally any other pizza place. I wouldn’t trust this location to get my order right if I was the only customer in line and they were the only thing open.

I feel so silly leaving a review for a Papa John's, but after ordering from here all through college it's gotten to that. At this point I'm pretty sure this location owes me $100 in missing sauces and incorrect orders. Every attempt to try and call is met with an employee picking up the phone and immediately hanging it up so it stops ringing. The vibes in there are horrible and I wish the Papa John's app would let me order from a different location. I want to give up on the chain entirely ):

Pizza used to be good here! Tonight I got a dried out pizza that tasted like it was reheated from earlier. And they wouldn't give the driver my 2 liter because they said I didn't order one. Even though there's a sticker note on top of the pizza box about the 2 liter! Pretty funny.

They’re pretty slow here they will see you walk in and won’t greet you until feels like 10 minutes all they’re doing is laughing and talking. Phones are ringing they hear it but won’t pick it up. They curse like it’s nothing Just unprofessional staff here. Go to Pizza Hut they’re pretty good there and fast.

This place take hours to get your food and the girl that works there she's on the phone all the time on her personal cell phone talking to who ever I'll stand and wait for someone to come ask if they can help and they just walk passed me look at me and say nothing at all to me it's crazy at this location I wanted 25 mins one day while this girl was on her phone talk and going back and forth in what seem like a fight over the phone on company time it gross I won't be back at all
