They pulled that on me where I placed an order called said it was on the way waited a hour called back and said they were still making it called back the third time and said we’re closed boy these youngings are pitiful and need to be fired every last one of them

After waiting an hour for delivery, they called to say there were no drivers and I had to come pick up my order. They didn’t refund my delivery fee or tip, and the staff was so busy messing around that I was practically yelling for them to hear my name.

I'm here now picking up an order that was paid for. They said someone already picked it up. I'm the only other person who knew the order. Cashier said the managers name was Tara. When called about the missing order, the lady whose name was supposed to be Tara says Tara doesn't work here. I just heard her on the phone with someone else who says they got an empty box. I won't be coming back to this location.

Slow. Just sooo slow. You order pizza and pay and then you are notified on the app that it’s like an old school Pizza Hut in 1984 and your pizza will be ready in 2 hours. And you can’t cancel. Can’t get a refund. Sunk cost.
Finally canceled. Dominos has a 9-14 minute order around the corner. Just saying.

I had an issue with my delivery order and never actually received my pizza due to technical issues, but the manager Rudy called me and checked to see if I had received it. He was so kind to check and make sure everything got resolved within an hour of the original problem. Rudy deserves a raise!
I would just like to give this location And its respective crew A massive shout out and thank you for putting together a 15 pizza order in a half hour. They truly bailed me out!
You guys were kind and not once did I hear anybody complain. Thank you so much!!

I ordered on door dash and the driver called to tell me they didn’t have diet soda I told the driver I was a diabetic and he didn’t speak English all you could hear was him and someone else speaking in another language and laughing and never responding back so I hung up and went on the door dash app to modify and take off the soda but instead of modifying the order door dash canceled the order when talking to door dash they said there is nothing they could do so we called this store asked for a manager she was so sweet she listened to us and also heard the door dashers laughing at us so she re did the order and didn’t not charge us anything great job thank you so much for saving the day that is how a real manager handles a situation again great job
