The last few times I’ve ordered form the app here they’ve been on it. Other stores seem to be disorganized at the counter, no one seems to know whose pizza is whose. Papa’s needs to clean this up because it’s a problem at nearly every store: the pizzas are made super fast and accurately, but unfortunately the point of exit at the counter is a cluster. However this store seems to be better than others in getting those pizzas out to the right people, I’m usually in and out of here fast, at least in my experience.

Tried giving this location the benefit of the doubt. A few months ago I was given wings with no sauce after ordering buffalo wings. This go around they left pepperoni off of my pizza and forgot my spicy garlic sauce which I paid for. Never giving this location a try again. Absolutely ridiculous how consistently bad this location is. Would give 0 stars if I could at this point. Tighten up.

My order totaled $71.86, which I understand is not an insignificant amount, especially considering the expectations of quality and service.
Upon arriving at the location—my first visit to this particular branch and likely my last—I observed a long line of customers waiting for their orders, including orders from Uber Eats. During my time there, a customer expressed dissatisfaction with the appearance of her food and returned her order. This situation was a clear indication that there may be underlying issues with food preparation or quality control.
While I am not ruling out future visits altogether, I believe that this specific location may benefit from review and reassessment, potentially by the owner or management team. I am generally disappointed with the quality, presentation, and care taken in preparing my order during this visit.
