I would like to recognize one of your employees. I was coming back in town and very sad. I said I'm going to grab me some pizza and relax. There was a young lady working that day. I think her name was Marquia, sorry if I spelled it incorrectly. She was so kind and ask me what was wrong with the sad face. I explained that I was checking on my mom and sad. She told me to keep my head up and things would work out. She even made sure that my crust and wings were cooked extra crispy like I like. Her smile and kind words made my day. So I would like to thank her for being so sweet to me.

I called Papa Johns on Gallatin pike explained what happened and what i needed. They said ill get you 5 pizzas ready in 10 mins. This location and staff saved the day!

I have twice now try to get in touch with someone about the order I received on Friday the 18th. I ordered a shaqaroni and bacon cheesy bread. Both was about as hard as the cardboard they came in. The pizza had not one slice of pepperoni and it was burnt. The cheesy bread had absolutely no taste.
11/2- Update they are liars and thieves. They promise they refund and it's still yet to receive it. And as again can't get in touch with nobody. And this was from corporate said a refund was processed and someone tried to reach out to me I told her I was more than willing to show her my bank account where they had not

Ordered a pizza 5 hours early online for child's birthday. Not only was it not ready on time but it was going to be over an hour and a half late. I will NEVER use this place again. They were almost 100 orders behind. This place is not run.
Ordered online for a $45 dollar medium pizza and a cookie after realizing how outrageously priced this was for a one person meal I cancelled my order they gladly kept my money and refused to give me a refund! I received no service from them paid 40 bucks for nothing!
One star ⭐️ here if there was a zero it would be zero! Absolutely outrageous that they keep my money for no service especially when I canceled within 3 min of making the order. Management offered nothing no apology or no money back. Terrible for customers!
