Online order wasn't followed correctly, and New York style pizza wasn't done correctly.
My square cut New York pizza was cut regularly and took on the form of an original pizza just without crust - not even close to what it's supposed to be. They forgot my dipping sauce with the breadsticks.
Staff weren't pleasant upon pickup.

Called my order in told young man what I wanted a garlic 5 cheese pizza extra Cheese as my gone topping and extra sauce and cut in squares hardly any sauce and wasn't cut in squares guess they was to busy to read the ticket right wasn't worth the drive to get it should have stayed home and cooked and saved my 13.25

Usually, this location is good. Had a carryout order. Put the wrong sauce on my pizza. Didn't notice until i got home. I got a remake, came back, and picked it up, and it was missing topping. Like seriously. Not coming back.

Workers are not using the appropriate uniform they do not are clean and they do not use gloves or anything to make you feel like clean environments touch money and not washing there hands

You'll have better luck winning the lottery than getting what you order. This has happened two times. The first time the manager called back and said we could redeem a free pizza with our phone number for the mistake. When we called to do so, they had no idea what we were talking about. The second time we ordered our order was wrong yet again. This time no one picked up the phones and corporate never contacted me back from the help section on their website. Abysmal customer service well reflecting of their food. If it was between ordering Papa Johns or starving, I'd rather starve. This is the worst location of an already bad brand.

From the moment you place your order, the phone operator taking your order is nice, when they give you a time frame to come pick up your pizza, it is always ready for pickup when they say your pizza will be ready in 15 minutes. It is normally ready within 15 minutes from the moment you call your order in. And when you picking up your order over there nice and professional. They get you in and out. They are my go-to source for pizza.
