I walked into the store at roughly 3pm on 7/5/2024 to place an order and was told "There's nothing they can do for me without my phone." Didn't even think about placing my order in store and went back to tossing dough. Unless they have actually removed their ability to place orders in store I find that to be absolute garbage customer service. I walked into the store to buy a pizza SELL ME A PIZZA

The worst service ever from the location in West Nashville on Charlotte Pike.The wings bowl was melted, the pizza bowl was spilled over onto my medium pizza box, the driver was about to leave because I didn't open my door immediately after he knocked on the door, there was no fork for the pizza bowl.... Y'all need to tighten up on the service. There used to be no issues with the last manager

Vegetarian options: Well I don't like sausage or meat hardly and they have a few pizzas that don't have meat and they are reasonable on prices ..

I like Papa John's but this particular location has poor service and is very dirty. The associate forgot to put my pepper and garlic sauce, and so I asked her if I could have those. She was polite and said she could get those. She then proceeds to walk to the preparation area and reach in the pepper container with her hand. She did not have gloves and she did not wash her hands. She was running the register and had just taken money from another customer. She grabbed the pepper in one hand and the garlic sauce in the other hand walked around the corner and hands them to me. Puts them in my hand. That's very unsanitary and very unprofessional.

I ordered a pizza from Uber eats last night and this is what I got .....who makes a pizza without cheese! On the instructions it clearly says.. cheese normal. I am extremely disappointed. I paid 24$ for terrible pizza. Will never use Uber eats or Papa John's again. If you can't make a pizza with cheese when the order says you shouldn't be getting paid by a pizza company. Just pitiful.

Ordered because of the commercials for the stuffed crust pizza. The pizza was okay, there was probably only one slice of pepperoni on each piece. The boneless wings (picture below) were laughable.Also got a text notification that the pizza was ready so rushed to get there but ten minutes later when we arrived it was still in the oven and we got to wait.With 20% tip it was $35 for a pizza and ten boneless wings.
