Last night I ordered pizza from this location and it was horrible. Normally this is my location of choice so I'm really disappointed. Crust was WAY overdone..dark brown and hard as a rock. it was also COLD AS ICE. Obviously couldn't put it in the oven to heat it up because it was already burnt.

I should've read the reviews! I can relate to the guy who complained about the papa johns tracker....I had the same experience. The pizza was cold when we recieved it. Tasted nothing like Papa Johns. The crust was horrible, it was cut weird, and why the heck do they not have taco pizza here???

There’s honestly something wrong every time we order here. And god forbid you order a 2 liter. It never comes with the food. Then the manager says “I’ll refund it” and never doesThis is a terrible location. Legit issues every time. ??

I used to love your crust. Soft and fluffy. But lately my pizza crusts have been dark and crispy from this location. If yall keep overcooking my pizzas I'm gonna have to switch back to Domino's.

This is not necessarily the store people's fault, I will say that 1st.When I called to place an order for 3 boxesCheese sticksPepperoni pizzaJalapeño, pineapple and pepperoni2 2 ltr Pepsi.Waited almost an hr. It's a Friday night so that I'll let slide, however Doordash delivered my items, and forgot the 2, 2 liters.It says it right on the sticker. I flagged her down and got her attention. She was arguing with me stating my order did not come with my 2, 2 liters and barley spoke English when It did. It says it right on the sticker. She said I ordered through Doordash. I did not. I called it in and the Papa John's person was courteous and even read the order back to me! It's now an hour and a half later and they just now brought me the 2 2 liters. Highly disappointed and I recommend the Doordashers if used READ THE ORDER!!! Especially when paying almost $60.00!

I went to pick up an order from uber eats for a customer. The guy at the front told me that Doordash had already picked it up. I called the customer, and she stated that she didn't order from Doordash and her order says that it is still in the oven. Th guy said that they can't make it, because they had already shut off their ovens 15 mins before they closed. (Possibly earlier, I had just gotten there.) The customer was extremely upset, and so was I. I don't believe that anyone picked up the order. I believe that they didn't want to make it, because they had closed early. I will not be ordering anything from this Papa John's ever.
They don't answer phones and are prone to giving you someone else's pizza without showing it to you, meaning it's very hard to get them to fix their screw ups.

I don’t understand how an entire is messed up. I order original pizza half pineapple and jalapeno half cheese square cut. Obviously who made my pizza was NOT paying attention my husband came back home and it was regular cut pepperoni and jalapeno thin crust! LIKE HOW DO YOU MISS THE ENTIRE MEAL! Will not be going to this location again this is my 4th mess up with this location!

Pizza got sent to the wrong address then the driver never called back and now I have been on the stores wait call for 30 minutes now! Not even the help center could get in contact with them! Give me my money back and a free pizza!
