The food was excellent. BUT the man who made the pizzas did not seem clean -- his long hair hung over the the food when he leaned over the counter to make it. Also, the awful music was so loud that my ears were hurting when I left. I have read the other reviews and some agreed with mine. I can't understand why the owner allows that sort of service to continue. We will travel to other locations to get ours from now on even though this one is the most convenient.
What I've learned about Papa Murphy's is that you have to bake it correctly for the crust to be crisp. I'm happy to see that they now include this information on the instruction sheet that is wrapped with your pizza. The last one we ordered was great because we followed the directions and slipped the pizza off the paper tray that comes with it and continued baking it directly on the oven shelf for 2 to 3 more minutes.What a difference that makes! It was delicious...
