My past 5 experiences with this place have been:1. Didn't make my order due to supply issue but did not cancel the order or inform me in the 35 minutes before I drove there.2. Didn't make my order because they were not open when they were supposed to be. Order was canceled when I got back home.3. Incorrectly made order4. Ordered online and ordered the PapaMurphy special family size on thin crust. Our pizza was not thin and there was hardly any toppings. Only 5 thin pepperonis and barely any sausage. It was very thick and rose thicker in oven. We have loved the pizzas that we used to get but the last 3 were way below former quality. We will not be ordering again!!!

This business rarely answers their phone and several times I've called numerous times in a row and they pick up and hang up. I'm so tired of the bad service at this location I will never be back

Please update your times. I was wanting to make a purchase for a party I'm hosting, now we have to figure something else out. Online your hours say open until 8pm on Thurs, the hours posted on the door say 7pm. Im here at 6:20 and it's already locked up! Disappointed, and im not the only one either.

Pathetic!!!Who every was on duty @ 2 pm 3/8/2022 should be canned. I ordered a pizza for 2 pm. Doors were locked. Two young men walked by my carrying Subway. A woman from out back saw me then vanished. A customer pulled up to store for an online order as well. Then….the two young men from before our in the back of Papa Murphy’s having Subway pizza. What?Nobody came to the door. So I walked around back and the door was open. So I walked in. Never in my life have experienced such gross behavior, disdain & disrespect from inconsiderate young people in my life. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BELLEVUE LOCATION. They will probably spit on your food.

3/4/22 at 4:45pm. The Papa Murphy’s location in Bellevue TN on HWY 100 is 100% the worst service you will find. The employees are all very young high school age boys with no customer service skills whatsoever. And what is mind blowing is… THEY TURN AWAY PAYING CUSTOMERS!!!??? I wonder if the franchise owner and manager knew this, what they would say. We will not be ordering from them ever again as this is THE 3RD TIME I attempted to walk in and order, I was turned away. Today I actually witnessed them turning away the gentleman in line before me and the lady behind me. They said, “We are closed for walk ins due to so many online order.” But the head scratcher is…. There were 4 boys there and not a single one was on the pizza line making pizzas and the online order tickets were in a pile at the register. They were all in the back hanging out talking when I walked in. When I said I would order online and wait, they said it would be over an hour. When I asked why they said they had to make/roll out dough… but I saw dough already on the racks and in the refrigerator…. Sooooo? It’s unfortunate that it’s so hard to find good steady help these days that the place is staffed by a bunch of young kids who could care less if they sell a product or not.

Went to order. Google listed it as open. Hell, even said open on the door. When I went in lights were off, nothing behind the counters. No one in sight. Another customer took the will to check in the back to make sure no one was hurt. No one was in sight and no one responded. After interaction we both decided no one was there and both left.

Sign indicated opening at 11on Tuesday, did not happen. First employee arrived at 11:30. Knocked on the door at 11:45 to see what was going on. Employee kept his back to the door to ignore me. Phone lines were 'busy', so anyone calling in were unaware, they weren't busy, nor were they open. Used to be my go to pizza place, must be on hard times....

I don't like the pizza but my boys do and it's a convenient option for a busy weekeday evening. That said, we've had issues at this Hwy 100 location previously, but this past Thursday, 2/10/2022, was the most irritating. I placed an online order, my card was charged and I arrived at 4:10 to pick up my order, only, when I arrived, there were two, handwritten signs saying they were closed "due to supply chain issues". I could see employees inside, in the back, so I called. They refused to answer the phone, so I knocked, to no response, initially, so I knocked again, this time more aggressively. Finally, a young man came to the door, asked if he could help me - he was polite and professional - however, he relayed to me their "supply chain issue" was that their cheese grater had broken and their D.M. refused to purchase a new one for them, so that warranted the closing of business. In my mind, if I were this store owner, I would be unable to justify a full day's PLM, over an easily replaced piece of equipment. Can paid employees not grate cheese by hand? As a former employee of several restaurants, I can't imagine any one of those operations shutting down for the day for such a ridiculous reason. Equally irritating is the fact that I was still able to place an online order, my money was accepted and nobody bothered to call or text me that they wouldn't be fulfilling my order. Not a sound business practice. I have no problem tipping an automatic 15% when a service, NOT performed at Kroger, is performed for me here, but on this day, a particularly busy Thursday, I paid only to be aggravated. I'm awaiting my refund

Great pizza but the app and order online process is a mess. They never answer the phone and there is no manager on site or anywhere to be found. Bunch of kids work there and they’re could care less. I’m done with them
