Lovely personnel and really happy to find a donut place with so many options. They have vegan plain cake donuts that you can customise by choosing from most glazes and they make it in front of you. I would say the donuts themselves were a bit too cakey and dense but I'm just happy they had so many to choose from!đ Updated from previous review on 2025-12-28
Fresh and tasty.
The donut shop that never has donuts.

I can see why the French Toast donut is the most popular. We saw a line up there at one point but came back when it was less busy.

First time to Parlor Doughnuts for a coffee & breakfast day date and wanted somewhere we hadnât been before. The atmosphere was relaxing and very bright, floor to ceiling windows overlooking West End. The aesthetic was modern with a lot of elevated tables to sit/work at and some booths as well. The drinks were great, and breakfast sandwiches were really good and homemade. The service was really slow, it took 20 minutes to get them and there werenât any other orders besides ours. The kid working said he was new, so probably not a regular problem. The free parking lot was a bonus in the city. We would return in the future .

Amazing donuts, very polite staff. The restaurant was clean. They had an amazing assortment of donuts stuff that Iâve never seen before. Down to even the boxes the details were unmatched. You would be silly to go anywhere else for donuts if youâre in Tennessee, we were lucky that we stayed near here, but I would drive over an hour just to get a box.
Some of the best doughnuts ever!!!!

Really good local place, always satisfied. Am confused on why you'd put a donut in a paper bag with no parchment paper or a wrapper though?

The best and my most favorite donuts. Love your new Destin location!
Yum! The doughnuts here are next-level â light, flaky, and full of flavor. We tried the âFrench Toastâ and âSandy Beach,â and both were excellent. The drinks (Hot Coffee, Iced Matcha, and White Chocolate Blondie) were also great. 10/10. Iâm not from Nashville, but Iâd love to visit a Parlor Doughnuts again.
