Lovely personnel and really happy to find a donut place with so many options. They have vegan plain cake donuts that you can customise by choosing from most glazes and they make it in front of you. I would say the donuts themselves were a bit too cakey and dense but I'm just happy they had so many to choose from!😄 Updated from previous review on 2025-12-28

First time to Parlor Doughnuts for a coffee & breakfast day date and wanted somewhere we hadn’t been before. The atmosphere was relaxing and very bright, floor to ceiling windows overlooking West End. The aesthetic was modern with a lot of elevated tables to sit/work at and some booths as well. The drinks were great, and breakfast sandwiches were really good and homemade. The service was really slow, it took 20 minutes to get them and there weren’t any other orders besides...

Amazing donuts, very polite staff. The restaurant was clean. They had an amazing assortment of donuts stuff that I’ve never seen before. Down to even the boxes the details were unmatched. You would be silly to go anywhere else for donuts if you’re in Tennessee, we were lucky that we stayed near here, but I would drive over an hour just to get a box.
