It was around 2pm when I walked in the store on 10/31/24. There was a fly ? with donuts and the employee just didn't care at all. It was my first and last time ever going to the store. My appetite disappeared so quick it was disappointing. Don't go to this location, if anything the Clarksville one is probably better.

What a delightful surprise near our hotel. The place is BUSY ! I had the doughnut holes that melted in my mouth with custard and jelly but the homemade daughter egg/ cheese biscuit meted in my mouth! Great latte and specialty coffee too
The sandwich I ordered did not match the price I paid. The bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. I have paid less at Twice Daily for a more robust sandwich. I will stick to donuts and coffee here.

We’ve purchased donuts at this Parlor location numerous times. Just like every other location we’ve been to, if they didn’t have the donuts we wanted premade, they would top them fresh for our order. When I buy them for family and friends, I come in knowing exactly what everyone prefers and I order accordingly to make sure they’re all getting what they want. The last time I came in, the guy was hesitant to top the 4 needed to make the complete dozen for the order. He asked if there was anything else premade that I could substitute for and then agreed to top the remaining ones. Today, I came in with a specific list making up a dozen order. The employee told me that she didn’t have 3 of the first half. I asked her if she was able to top the 3 needed and she advised me that I needed to choose from the premade display selection. I asked what happened if the display doesn’t include what they’re looking for, does that mean we just can’t order, choose these or don’t buy anything? She said yes, we’re not topping anything until late this afternoon. I’ve never had any of the locations or team members turn away our purchases. I was very surprised and disappointed.

I ordered the seasonal apple pie layer doughnut, and also a cinnamon sugar mini. The apple pie doughnut was epic! I would highly recommend. There were so many different varieties of donuts to choose from. It was really hard to decide. The atmosphere was cute. The service was outstanding.
Decadent - Delicious - you can gain 10 pounds just looking at them. My son in law brought 2 dozen of these donuts home in every flavor imaginable ? I had the maple ? bacon ? and while it's flaky and airy instead of a dense cake it's over the top sweet. They're very fresh, the frosting was fresh, not dried out, with bacon chunks (not microscopic flakes) on top and the donut itself was coated in sugar crystals. Honestly half a donut would suffice as a serving and definitely half for a child, my grandkids are gonna be bouncing off the walls and I'm gonna be in a sugar coma for sure. Very good donuts.

Hands down the best donuts ever made... 5 Daughters doesn't have a chance in this battle. Just the perfect ratio of dough to sweet - You know you don't need to eat an entire one but you can't help yourself! So many different flavors, plus they have vegan options! Staff has always been polite and friendly, and yes you can use the parking lot next door even though the signs say reserved for office parking.

Stopped by twice while last in Nashville. The first trip was at 1 in the afternoon and they informed us they had no donuts available after we stood at the front counter for 5 minutes without being acknowledged while a lady was making a coffee. They made a few to order for us on request but was pretty unimpressed. The next morning we came back and they had a bigger selection and the guy who worked there who had tattoos and was wearing a hat was amazing. The donuts looked okay, kind of gimmicky, however the biscuits were great with a house made jelly. The coffee was great too although the lady who made the coffee and took our orders seemed to have completely forgotten what we ordered and we had a few come out wrong. The merch they sold in the store was very expensive to all be made in China. For the price they wanted on everything I would hope to see something made locally.
