My friends and I happened to be in the Nashville area so we decided we needed some Nashville Hot chicken. We loved it!! The Nashville Hot is pretty hot, though. I'm used to Louisiana cooking but this had the heat of something deliberately made to light you up. I'm a fan of that type of thing, in moderation. I ordered the boneless wings in HOT and my half chicken in medium. The medium was perfect for my enjoyment. The atmosphere is great. Not too loud, not too quiet, and the service was excellent. Chicken was cooked to perfection. The Mac n cheese left a little to be desired but that's not what we came here for and I'm not deducting points for that at all because it was still good. The greens were really good as well. The ONLY reason I deducted a star is because the restroom was pretty nasty. I can understand when things get busy, maybe some housekeeping begins to suffer. They were just getting over the busy time that day, however, that restroom should absolutely be checked and cleaned more consistently. I am really glad my 7-year-old daughter didn't need to use the restroom there. One thing to note, their to-go containers leak. They are made of some type of recycled paper and the grease from the chicken soaks through pretty badly. Keep that in mind if you happen to put the containers on your lap or anywhere in your vehicle. Luckily, I had them in the ice chest in the back of my truck so no foul, other than having to rinse off some beers when we were back to the rental after sightseeing.
All that being said, no one in our party of 5 had a complaint at all and we all mentioned how we would definitely return.

Waited a long time for service in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday.
They have 4 bathrooms. 2 aren't working. 1 didn't have any paper in it and the bartender didn't care.
The worst part is that the bartender was filling up glasses and carrying them at the top and not washing his hands after bussing a table before doing it again.
The glasses fill from the bottom but not an excuse to carry the glasses that way.
Have some other photos but didn't want to show their face, just want them to carry glasses properly.

Been here twice in the past year and had terrible service both times. The first time the bartender seemed annoyed that he had to serve us and basically ignored us while hanging out at a table. The recent experience was the same: my buddy just about finishing his beer before I even got mine, we should've just left. After finally getting drinks and dinner, we had to get up and chase down the bartender to get the check. Food is good, but for the price and limited variety there's better options for hot chicken that actually have service. Would not recommend.
