“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO CRAVE THEIR FOOD FOREVER. You probably think I’m joking. That’s fine. Probably better that way.Listen. Dunno why “pastagogo” suddenly appeared and grabbed my attention like a magnet made of rainbows & lightning. Don’t care, either! Because my soul has been penetrated and I’ve never felt cozier. I’ve tasted their flavors in my dreams and woke up weeping.Whoa, calm down, I’m not claiming everything they offer will change your freakin’ life. How would I know? Haven’t tried it all (yet ?)—got stuck eating different versions of “YOLOSONYABOLO” 4 straight meals (including breakfast). Ordered 6 different pastas yesterday around 6, received within 42 minutes, spent AT LEAST another half hour taking pictures of baked pastas as if those shiny silver containers were our children. By the time we dug in, all still hot. No, not warm. Hot. More than one mouth-roof took damage. I can feel my little "hangy-down" wound right now and I do not care; I'm glad it's there. Food can burn my mouth anytime if it stays hot for over an hour. Who knows if I'm exaggerating at this point? I swear I’m as fine as you are.Look, this place isn’t normal. Way ahead of its time. Caught a glimpse of their live feed beta test (week before last on Twitch.tv), which led to my introduction to their creamy pesto sauce, and now I’m thinking about SOVERYMUCH of that stuff in my mouth—yes, that’s where I prefer to put it—and I find myself in danger of soaking my shirt thanks to my own overexcited and outta-control salivary glands.Long story short, people need to discover this food because I'm not the only one who has passed the point of no return and literally cannot live another day on this planet without knowing it's there if I need it.

Vegetarian options: Lots. Math is hard.

Dietary restrictions: They offer 1 gluten free pasta type. The effin' ALFREDO SAUCE is gluten free somehow. The pesto contains no nuts, but it's nonetheless nutty. Not sure if they're doing vegan options, but I know a few vegetarians who are already giddy about the gogo.

Parking: Gravel lot. Curbside.

Kid-friendliness: 1 of their pastas would feed at least 2 kids and maybe 3 (depending on age/size).“

“This place is a rare find where EVERYTHING.. from the ambiance to the food is on point. The standout feature? They make their pasta from scratch, and you can absolutely taste the difference. The Chicken Parmesan is a must-try, with perfectly breaded buttermilk chicken that's tender and juicy, topped with their homemade marinara and melted mozzarella. The pasta that comes with it is, of course, made in-house and cooked to perfection. It's comfort food at its finest. Speaking of comfort food, their Mac and Cheese is hands down one of the best I've ever had. It's creamy, cheesy, and has just the right amount of crunch. You can tell it’s made with love, and the scratch-made pasta elevates it to a whole new level. And for those who crave a taste of Chicago, their Italian Beef Sandwich is a revelation. The beef is thinly sliced, piled high, and soaked in jus that’s packed with flavor. Paired with their house-made giardiniera, it’s the kind of sandwich that you’ll be dreaming about long after you’ve left. The atmosphere at Nicoletto's is cozy and inviting, with a warm, rustic vibe that makes you want to linger over your meal. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, eager to guide you through the menu or offer up a drink recommendation. In a city full of dining options, Nicoletto's stands out not just for its fresh, homemade pasta but for the love and care they put into every dish. Whether you're a pasta purist or someone who just loves good food, Nicoletto's is a place that deserves a top spot on your must-visit list. 😋“
