Such a great find!!! The hostess, Milayah, was so helpful answering all my questions. I asked about parking (which is free) and if they have a kids menu. Their kids Pizza is huge!!!! It comes with a drink. The gelato was awesome. Our server, Greg, made the biggest difference. We came in hungry. He took our order quickly and had our food out quickly. He made sure my kids had everything they needed. He also gave good menu advice.
The food is so tasty and not heavy like other Italian restaurants. The Risotto rice balls and Pistachio ravioli is amazing!!!!

Our server and the hostess were very nice and accommodating.Even though we thought that they were open at 4 pm, the main dinning area wasn't quite open yet. They still managed to get us a quiet and cozy table by the windows. Great suggestions were made by our server for appetizer, drinks, and pizza. We had two Margherita pizza with added burrata , a ricotta cheese, pumpkin, and nut appetizer, and nice drinks. My mother in law, sister in law, husband, and I throughly enjoyed our meal. Very shareable and hit the spot.

Pastaria Nashville is a fantastic spot for fresh, creative Italian food in a relaxed, modern setting. The pistachio ravioli is outstanding — rich, nutty, and perfectly balanced — and the garganelli pork ragu is hearty and full of flavor. Great Caprese salad and crispy risotto balls too. Friendly service, good wine selection, and a cozy atmosphere make it perfect for a casual night out or date dinner. Highly recommend!
Quickly seated. Waiter knew the menu well (details of dishes-main ingredients and how prepared). Service was quick and staff was attentive but not bothersome. Food was quite good. Price was in expected range. Would recommend.

Delicious! The homemade pasta is so good. It’s easy to taste the difference between fresh pasta and others. We dined in on a Sunday night and it wasn’t super busy so we were seated right away. Since we weren’t very hungry we decided to share an entree. The dinner portions are HUGE!

We had high hopes, but Pastaria really missed the mark. The kale salad was fine (but nothing to write home about), and the risotto balls were more like fried cheese with zero risotto. The pastas were downright disappointing. The Maruzze (Louisiana-style dish) came with almost no crab and tasted like it had been stripped of any seasoning. The cacio e pepe was unbelievably bland to the point of being inedible.
The pizza arrived looking sad, with hardly anything on it. My wine tasted old and cheap — for a night that rang up over $200, I expected far more than this. If you’re aiming for a nicer dining experience, this is not the place — the pricing teases upscale, but the food landed somewhere between fast food and a chain restaurant (brown paper tablecloths). The one bright spot was the service: friendly, attentive, and with generous portions. But in the end, nothing we ordered felt worth what we paid.

Went here for dinner. All four of us ordered something different and all very much enjoyed what we got. I got the mushroom pizza and it was great. Make sure you have reservation. Fills up fast.

We had a delicious dinner. My husband got the Black Hawk Steak and I got the Maruzze … absolute perfection. We also had the risotto ball appetizers they were delicious as well and the tiramisu for dessert. Chloe was our server and she did such a great job and was instrumental in our dining experience and the choices we made. I highly recommend!

The Full Story: what started out as a rainy night in Nashville and caused us to be late due to traffic driving up from Murfreesboro turned into an amazing experience. Now I get it if you place a reservation you should be there at that time and we were late however, the restaurant was super accommodating, but because they were so busy we had to take a table that was sort of out of sight and because of that we had to make a quick request. “Hey, we haven’t been seen yet” and that turned everything absolutely around! I will tell you that this restaurant takes care of its people and its patrons not only were we met with full attention right away and how they apologized for the mishap we were treated like royalty. And while it’s one thing to make up for a guest experience this place just in general is one of our top pics and absolute favorites. The food was wonderful. We tried so many things. I’m super grateful. What a lovely night definitely a five star recommendation. Get the lemon olive oil gelato, an espresso martini, risotto balls, and cacio de Pepe and you will not be disappointed! Bravo team, thank you again!!!
