Got a simple chicken bowl however, soaked in sauce can barely taste anything except the excessive amount of sauce. Dont come here unless $17 sauce sounds good
By far the freshest , tastiest Firecracker chicken for a restaurant in it’s category (I’m talkin’ sit down, PF Chang level flavor!)Just the right amount of crisp on the chicken, didn’t get soggy because it was made fresh! Incredible sauce!I will go out of my way to dine here again and again
Terrific, food and service. Highly recommendable. Try the new dish with caramel sauce. Just wonderful.
The food was good but they’ve forgotten things on my order twice in row.
I am giving this location 5 stars for the above and beyond extraordinary customer service from Savannah, and meal preparation, friendliness and efficiency of Jose (who has been at this location for 10+ years!). This is a direct reflection of the GM and the cohesiveness of a great team. The food was quickly made, perfect, and delicious. We stopped in around noon. However, after entering I noticed it was a bit toasty. Within receiving the order, I watched several people leave due to complaints of “it’s almost as hot in here as the 99° weather outside”. I began to agree with this. Therefore, I am adding a (-5) stars in the review, for the way Corporate has cruelly neglected this staff and left them to fend for theirselves with ignoring two broken AC units for months now. MONTHS? Why is this acceptable? It’s in an affluent part of town… why isn’t it being addressed?. That’s insane to me. With 2 units out, in a blazing hot and humid Middle TN summer this is inhumane and no wonder employees do not want to work. I doubt customers can handle staying inside to eat which equates to sales more than likely being down, so it doesn’t warrant extra hires due to volume. Which compounds on a limited staff & is all around disgustingly sad for corporate to allow this.I worked at Pei Wei myself, and helped start a store in St Pete years ago. Therefore, I am not new to Pei Wei’s policy and integrity. Corporate used to ensure their stores were always handled properly for the sake of the company’s reputation. The way corporate has neglected to help the employees of this store thrive in an environment that is suffocating with heat, is cruel. It also questions the quality of food because there’s prep that happens in BOH and FOH. When the drink machines are leaking and ice can’t be kept in the coolers, that’s a problem corporate…I will be following up with this stores GM and writing to Corporate in Irving. I do not know if this will help but I feel compelled to be an advocate for the sake of kindness to help this store. I’m a fan of their success internally and for longevity of Pei Wei because it’s a by far superior chain of Asian diners. A this location could use their help to make it easier to breathe when working . The employees are wonderful. They deserve better.Edit 8/8; a few weeks ago I called this store to see if the AC was still fixed. It wasn’t, but apparently this review was submitted Regional and the location was approved the fix— so I was excited that it helped. I called tonight out of curiosity if the AC was actually followed through with. I have been wanting to come back in and have been hesitant due to the incompetence of corporates ability to take care of this location. Apparently they were kind enough to give the staff a portable floor unit… but never fixed the actual problem. So it’s still hot. It’s still not fixed. Wow. Corporate, this is super disappointing. And your original reply spelled my name wrong. Pei Wei is a phenomenal restaurant and I’ll stand by that forever. Sweet Corporate friends, — Do better for the integrity of your company or hire me to come and help the process get executed.
This was catered for a work-related meeting, so I can't speak to the price; however, I can speak to the quality of the food. Overall, I felt that it was very good (as did my colleagues). I'm super health-conscious, so I love the fact that the calorie count is made available on the restaurant's website. The delivery was a bit late, but they comped the delivery fee as an apology which was much appreciated. Will definitely consider them in the future.Happily,Clayton Cohn
Yucky. My chicken and fried rice was just soup. Wayyyy too much sauce. Can’t even eat it.

Last review I saw here is a year old .. why? Because it’s terrible and no one is eating here. I’ve noticed Pei Wei’s near my regular locations (TX and CO) have closed. I (used to) LOVE Pei Wei so was excited to see this one near our hotel. Had to be the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at PW, bar none! For starters, AC could not keep up with heat - it was stifling, and we were dining in. Starters were served in paper containers - no more plates (thanks Covid!). Drink machines not working and dripping all over the floor (trip hazard, no one cleaning it up. Thanks Biden AND Covid - no one working). Place was dirty … and food was nothing short of nasty. Tried a new dish and a stand by - doesn’t matter what they were - they looked nothing like the menu pictures (yea, they used to be close). Our meat was like Jerkey hidden under sauce ! Send it back? Why? Would make zero difference here. Left most of it and left disappointed.
Although the staff was helpful picking an entree that did not contain nuts, the food was underwhelming and over cooked. As with most restaurants the portions have dropped in size while the price has increased. We were served two very small and sad bowls of chicken and rice for 31 dollars. The egg rolls were delicious however and the main highlight of the meal.

If I could give zero stars I would.Showed up at 7:25 and doors to the main entrance were locked. The hours said they were open until 8pm, so we walked over to the side door and when we opened, we saw all the chairs up on the tables and lots of very unhappy (clearly frustrated and frowning) people in line. We were then told by the lady at the register “we are only doing to go orders.”Why list your hours when you are not going to follow them and close early?!Used to love Pei Wei before moving to TN. Unfortunately, the Pei Wei locations here are pretty poorly managed with employees who who clearly do not want to work. Disappointed to see a good restaurant have this happen.
Placed an order for pad thai on doordash, said wait time was 20 min max when I ordered. waited for 60 minutes and it's still wasn't ready. Just avoid this place.
This place has really good food but don’t do any deliveries. I ordered through the app didn’t know doordash was the one who would deliver and they cancelled my order. Apologized? Yes then told me I had to wait a whole hour to still get my food IF I still wanted it. Don’t waste on your time. BS IM SO UPSET AND STILL HUNGRY
The quality was bad. We ordered 2 fried rice, one teriyaki chicken, one pad thai and one drunken noodle. Both fried rice were dripping with sauces and oil till the point where it's almost uneatable. On top of that the rice wasn't even cooked. I mean rice is such a vital component of Asian food and they didn't even get it right. The drunken noodle was overly salty and oily as well. The only decent plate we got is the pad thai and it was barely okay. The staff were pretty decent though. Pei Wei needs to step up their game, get their recipe and technique right. I heard it was so much better a few years back.
I had experience eat this Peiwei restaurant many times but different location. This in Hillsboro Pike location the host and service very bad!
