Ordered door dash close to closing and my food was perfection! Loaded with meat…hot…made correctly… no complaints!

The sandwiches were very tasty. Only one experience so far, but it was made well and disappeared quickly from our plates!

Just placed an order for one sandwich and fries. There was one person waiting in the dining room, but no other orders I could see ahead of mine.

After waiting 25 minutes I asked the person at the register for an update; they looked around and realized my order was taken but never made.

There were three people working behind the counter but somehow my order was never started.

I asked for a refund and was told it would take 5-10 days to process. Likely will not return.

Employees were all friendly, just seemingly aloof.

Quality of sandwiches and fries have all but vanished.
Fries are soggy and old. Sandwich’s are slung together without care and shoved across the counter just to get you to leave. Very disappointed; used to be a great shop.

Terrible all around, if you’re from the east coast you’ll find it disrespectful they call these east coast “subs”

Food is inconsistent, last 2 times I ordered a cold club, the bacon and cheese has been missing. Would not recommend.

Great sandwich, and you get fries!

I usually don’t do this but this is absolutely unacceptable! Ordered dinner on DoorDash for my family! I got a large cheesesteak for me and a large club sandwich for my kids! They gave me two cheesesteak sandwiches which my kids HATE!!!! So now I’ve got to deal with them crying cause they have to eat cereal, which is meant for their breakfast!!! And as I’m warming my sandwich up I just noticed an entirely different name and also on both sandwiches there is not ONE vegetable in sight! Literally meat and cheese that’s it! I’m so pissed off right now! I understand EVERYBODY hates working but if ur too lazy to do your job please just quit!

On 04/03/2025, I placed a door dash order, and my drink was a large sweet tea. When I received my order. It was a large COKE, I don’t drink carbonated drinks for health reasons. I called and told an employee this and basically was told “so, deal with it” I mean regardless of how many time I told her that, I should have been notified concerning this change and provided a different option for my beverage, it was still (so deal with it). This is horrible customer service. While I understand that they were limited on drink choices due to the storms in Nashville, THAT fact should have been communicated prior to me receiving my order!!! She then told me that it was the door dasher’s responsibility to inform me, post order, which to me is crazy! It should have been a proactive response and not reactive. This upsets me because I have ordered and patronized this place for a while and have always had very good service, but not today. I won’t be going back here, at least not while having incompetent staff.👎🏿

Bread was spongy, and workers did not care. NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, I was basically told that maybe it had to much butter on bread, but no offer to fix it.

Stop by Friday afternoon. Had the Reuben. Very good. I will be back.

I walked in at 9:16pm on 12/12/24. The first thing the worker at the front desk states “ we are only serving cold.” I wasn’t met with a formal greeting. Although I only wanted a cold sandwich anyway. She proceeded to have an attitude when I asked questions about the menu. She definitely gave a vibe that she did not want to make my meal because it was 9:16pm. This was my first time at this restaurant and the customer service was horrible.

The meat was undercooked. My steak was not even chopped up. They just grilled it and never chopped up the steak. Ordered it with extra mayonnaise. Didn’t put any mayonnaise on it Took forever. Penn Station in the system
