This place was awesome years ago. The fries were tasty and plentiful and the subs had fresh ingredients and were loaded. Now they are stingy with stale fries and the subs are mediocre. I hope they turn it around because it used be my favorite place.

First of all the vibe is the unhappiness place to work . Walk in the door and you just get stared at . Order online . Paid $18 for a large Rueben . $18 because I added extra meat , cheese and kraut because though I've never been to Penn Station a friend advised the sandwiches were a joke . I arrive to pick up my order and decide might as well get cookies and a drink . Mumbling kid , didn't bother to tell me they had no ice before he let me pay for a drink . Yeah I'm good on warm soda . Leave my cup on the counter and leave get home and let me tell you . Every member of the managing staff should be terminated and replaced . There is clearly no training , no supervision and no quality control . If what I paid for is extra that must mean a normal sandwich has a teaspoon of kraut , 2 slices of cheese and 3 pieces of meat . I am beyond furious . $18 . An absolute waste of money . Not even a waste of money , straight up theft . GO TO JERSEY MIKES . GET YOUR MONEYS WORTH AND GET ACTUAL EAST COAST STYLE SUBS , I KNOW IM FROM THE EAST COAST BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY AT JERSEY MIKES YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR . THAT IS NOT THE CASE AT PENN STATION .

Whoever the young lady is with all the makeup and piercings in her face has the worst attitude and air of self-importance I have ever seen. I would not want this person working in my business. If she is there, I’ll go elsewhere. Terrible service.

Staff screwed up multiple orders including ours, customers were upset with remarks about stuff missing, parts of ordered given out several minutes apart. For our own personal order my wife got her sandwich first and was missing stuff, not a huge deal we got it added back on only to find out it was also missing mayo and honey mustard but why bother giving it back again, she was very hungry and we had to wait to long. Probably 5 minutes later I got my sandwich it was much more bland than normal so I believe it was missing stuff as well but I wasn’t sure what. I had to ask for my fries and was almost done eating my sandwich when I finally got my fries.Another customer came out of the bathroom visibly irritated grabbing napkins to dry her hands when I went to get napkins and she made the comment I’m never coming here again it’s been 30 minutes to get my sandwich and they have no soap or paper towels in the bathrooms. I noticed several customers that were waiting when we arrived and we got our food before them but they should have gotten their food long before we did. It’s apparent staff needs some direction and order as I saw other peoples ordered get messed up too and they sent stuff back to get fixed.

I just ordered a Reuben and fries and both were horrible. The Reuben was mostly bread with small bits of corn beef scattered on the bread with lots of sauerkraut. The small amount of fries were burnt, refried, hard and bitter. My dog would not even eat the fries. I will not patronize this restaurant again. The quality of food and service has deteriorated.

food is great! but location is ran by kids and service is always slow everytime. one person is usually working and others are not hence the wait time.

Finally redeemed three free small cheesesteak reward fron the Predators... it tasted ok, but was a very thin sandwich. More like a bread sandwich with a side of meat. Kind of disappointing...

This place used to be great, but now they have taken a nosedive and it was terrible. The large fry used to could be enough for 6 hunger fire fighters and now it’s not enough for 2 people. I asked the person who brought it out and she said that’s all we get for a large fry. Plus the fries were overcooked and cold. I order a Chicken Parmesan sandwich and the marinara sauce came on the side ( I did not request that ). Since when did you start getting a small cold cup of marinara sauce on the side when ordering a Chicken Parmesan sandwich? This place used to be great and hopefully with some improvements it will be good again.

Ordered a medium Philly cheesesteak, cookie and medium fries and their Philly smash combo. After leaving restaurant realized they left the sm fries. Returned and got them. Got home, realized they rang up a Dagwood sandwich with no meat just grilled onions and mayo instead of the Philly cheesesteak. Went back . They said they would correct this . Got home and it was a chicken Philly Cheesesteak steak and small fries, instead! Done with Penn Station.

I had a ruben and it had hardly any meat on it but it did have way to much sauerkraut on it the service was very bad one of the workers was on his phone one of the customers said to me i hope you ready wait thay had been there waiting for 40 minutes also its way over priced for what you get i want be

Ordered online. Arrived a little early and they were not busy. Told my food was getting made. They got a little rush…..still not busy. They forgot about my order sitting on the counter. Now I’ve got cold food and all they say was sorry. Nope not an excuse.
