Such a refreshing casual option for absolutely amazing food. We went today for a late lunch and are so happy that we did! My husband had the ragu pasta (which I couldn’t stop stealing) and I had a sandwich. Pasta was perfectly al-dente with such flavorful sauce. And the wood fired sandwich was perfect- nice chewy dough, with wonderful fresh flavors of pesto, mozzarella, arugula, and prosciutto. For lunch, I ate half the sandwich and look forward to having the other half tomorrow!...
This is a wonderful restaurant with great food and kind staff. We have a dairy allergy in the family and the vegan pinsa is delicious, a savory treat that even a non-vegan would enjoy. The pasta dishes are all amazing, this is a great place to go with a group who are willing to share/mix and match.
