We went WAY out of our way to get to Donnelson to check this place out, and weren't disappointed. It's super eclectic (and weird!) but we were warmly greeted and the food was great. Portions were HUGE. Dinner for 2 was under $40 with drinks, great value! Worth the drive!

Went to Phat Bites for lunch. Saw that it was featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. It is definitely on the dive end if the equation. However, the food and the staff are wonderful. You can tell a lot about a place by the quality of their Rueben sandwich. Phat Bites has one of the best Ruebens I've ever had. My wife had their BLTremendous and she loved it. They also have live music in the evenings. If you want great food and you are not pretentious, you should try Phat Bites.

Cool place with good vibes and good food. Got the 4/20 burger and Mac n cheese. Honestly don’t know why I ordered the Mac as I am not a fan normally. It was ok, burger was much better. Nice messy tasty burger. Surprised it had two patties but that was nice. My friend got chip and salsa and it was verde which was different. It came with a side of seasoned veggies and they were so tasty. My friend said it was good and she wouldn’t come back but I would for the burger for sure. Nice selection of drinks and beer! Paid under $30 for two combo burger and drinks!
Love this place! The food is so good. I wished I lived closer to visit more often.
