Worst place I ever worked in my life never knew a manager to make an employee's meal with the customers meal who bought the employee meal just to never understand that first sandwich I ever ate was a Simon Philly sub which was gross then when I tried the Philly man's cheesesteak with the customer bought me the manager seems very upset about that the world may never know

I hate to have to be so brutally honest, but this is the WORST cheesesteak I’ve eaten in my life. I came in to have lunch and was really craving a cheesesteak. I walked in to find a confusing menu, that’s all right, being a purest I knew I wanted a cheesesteak with onion and whiz. (The classic style Philly is know for) well the cashier must have been new and training, and rambled off a laundry list of ingredients you can add to your sandwich. I told her that I only wanted a steak, with onions and cheese. She then proceeded to ask me what kind of meat, then what toppings, after I already explained to her what I wanted. She doesn’t listen. She didn’t know the sizes of the sandwiches either. I ordered a “12 in” but as you can see for $15 I believe I only got a 6in. Wow women are right…size does matter. I got a philly cheese steak with beef and nacho cheese, no other toppings. I was really excited to eat it, but it tasted like someone ground a whole container of black pepper onto it and I had to stop after one bite. I'm not sure if the meat was pre-seasoned, or the cheese had pepper in it, or it was added after the fact... but either way, it was just too much pepper.

Had it for lunch today. Was made to order but food was bland. And fries were soggy. Not worth the money or to try again.
