It's fine. It's expensive.
Nothing wrong with the food (it's not great but it's at least better than average) and the place is super clean and well decorated. But man, the prices are crazy. The soups were tasty enough but the protein (meat) was skimpy. We spent over $60 on two bowls of noodles and a single spring role appetizer. We don't regret going but won't be back either.

Phenomenal spot! Wonderful pho, and in addition to the classics they’ve a great variety on the menu! Since moving to Bellevue, they’ve totally redone the interior and it is gorgeous. Great decor, great ambiance, great food, kind staff - what’s not to love. My favorite Vietnamese spot in town by leagues and bounds

WE LOVE PHO ANN!! We are college students who drive out 20 minutes here every week just for pho. Staff are incredible and the food is delicious. The new restaurant is sharply designed with stunning colors and lights.
