The food was delicious but the service leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately not attentive and a little dismissive.
Pad Thai was extremely salty, with almost no protein offered. No fresh veggies. $20 for basic noodles, a couple pieces of chicken & overloaded with sodium. Not worth it!
Pho Ann was incredible! The shrimp spring rolls were fresh, and the ragu dish was delicious and served hot. We also ordered pho it was absolutely to die for! Definitely the best pho in town. The service was excellent, too.

New location is nicer and staff is great!
I got some chicken pho and shrimp spring rolls to go. When I saw they hadn't put all the soup ingredients together, I thought, Great! That way the chicken won't get overcooked and the toppings won't get soggy. Well the flavor of the soup was excellent, but the chicken was SO overcooked...I had to fish it all out of my soup because it was so tough. Then conversely the shrimp in the spring rolls felt undercooked. And it smelled fishy. Bummer.

Great experience at Pho Ann! I ordered the Hot Stone Pho Ann Special. I was specifically looking for a pho with all the different cuts of beef. I was definitely surprised how it was served — beef and noodles on the side. Overall, I was happy I ordered it. The broth was very flavorful and I didn’t have to put a lot of fish sauce. I was at first skeptical of the price and how much meat I’d be getting before the plates were served. A little bummed there wasn’t any chili oil on the tables, unless I needed to ask for the condiment. This was definitely an experience!

I recently visited this Vietnamese restaurant, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was delicious, full of authentic flavors, and beautifully presented. Every dish tasted fresh and well-prepared — you can tell they take real pride in their cooking.
The environment was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The atmosphere made it a pleasant place to sit down and enjoy a meal. What really stood out to me, though, was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, making sure that everything was perfect from start to finish.
I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves great Vietnamese food and excellent service. They truly deserve all the praise — I’ll definitely be coming back!
My bf and I went to Pho Ann at their Belle Meade location for the first time a few years ago and fell in love with the food and the atmosphere there! We recently went to their new location in Bellevue, and it completely blew us away! It is SO NICE inside, the staff is extremely friendly, polite, informative and as helpful as can be, the restaurant provides an authentic Vietnamese atmosphere (the entire time, I LOVED the music that was playing), the wall art was spectacular, there are SO MANY wonderful & mouth-watering food options, and the prices weren't too expensive compared to other Vietnamese restaurants around Nashville. I'm so glad they moved to a safer area, and we will most definitely be back!

My wife and daughter ordered meals they were happy with (Pho and Vermicelli) but my Shrimp fried rice was terrible-- hardly any shrimp or vegetables--and WAY overpriced.

The Pho was absolutely delicious. I got the shrimp pho and it was a good portion size and did not skimp on the shrimp.

I had a chance to drive through Nashville and stopped by this hidden gem near I40. The atmosphere was great and the foods were excellent. I tried the bubble tea and the special stone Pho. Will come back if I visit Nashville again.

Pho Ann Nashville quickly became one of our favorite spots during our stay. The food is authentic, flavorful, and prepared with care. My partner is Vietnamese, and she was impressed by how true the dishes were to what she grew up with. That alone speaks volumes about the quality.
We enjoyed it so much that we went back three different times while in Nashville. Each visit was consistent — the pho was rich and comforting, the appetizers were fresh, and everything tasted homemade.
The service was welcoming and attentive without being overbearing. The staff made us feel comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxed, making it an easy place to enjoy a meal.
If you’re in Nashville and craving authentic Vietnamese food, Pho Ann is worth the stop. It’s the kind of restaurant you’ll want to return to again and again.

Do you want me to also make a shorter “punchy” version that would fit better for people who only skim reviews?
