The restaurant was not well kept. The pizza was undercooked and not particularly flavorful. 2.5 stars at best.

You’ve got to be kidding me with this ‘pizza’! Close to the worst my partner and I have ever had. I am clueless how this place is in business, and, with multiple locations.(?!) I’d rather buy a frozen from the grocery store any day.

Love this Pie Five location. I go every Monday and they always make my pizza perfect. I always get extra on some toppings and that is never an issue or an extra charge.

I took my boyfriend to this location the other day. As he walked in, I saw the two girls look in his direction and then walk into the back. He then waited for 10 minutes and no one came to assist him. This is extremely disappointing because we've been to the other location in Berry Hill and the staff are always nice. It's definitely a go to for us, but it's quite unfortunate to have an unpleasant experience at this one. I'm not sure if there was something that needed their attention to in the back, but imagine if there were other patrons other than himself.

The pie five on Lebanon Rd. Have playful children. I was standing at the counter while they were playing. A gentlemen name Dre was very helpful. He looks as if he was holding the store down by his self. It looks like poor management.

Horrible service. Took 3 minutes of standing in the restaurant before two people came out. Another couple of minutes before they addressed us. Mind you the place was empty. We ordered 2 pizza and they made one and then took the order of the guy who walked in after us. Then they wanted me to pay before they even made our pizza (didn't know what I was ordering but they charged me for the largest). Finally made my 2nd pizza after the next customer. So one finished and sat on the counter while the other was cooking. Someone really needs to check the customer service here and maybe 5pm on a Saturday wouldn't be dead there.
Combos options are great and filling. A little something for everyone. Add the right topping and sauce combination. You got yourself a great meal.

The pizza is good. I've been there 2x in the last month. For some reason the iced tea always taste stale. That's a no no in TN. Also the dining room was pretty nasty, dirty tables, trash piled up on the receptacle. I decided to try a salad. It was heavy on leafy green part that probably should have been tossed out, light on flavor. Of course cheese helps all things. I'll go back. They weren't that busy, just seemed they were all on the line, no one minding the room. C'mon Pie Five. You can do better.

I love Pie Five. Even when they are busy its a very short wait. If you think they are skimping on toppings just tell them to add more they dont mind one bit . They are delicious with fresh toppings. Im sticking with them from now on.

My hubs and I both got a personal pizza - was pretty tasty. this is basically a “Subway for pizza†Which isn't what I was expecting. The onions and peppers needed to be more cooked, but all in all it tasted good and I would have it again. the “display only†beverage section looks sad and should either go away or be better looking. overall not bad but not a place to go for any kind of experience other than to satisfy hunger.
