We had an issue with online ordering and miscommunication with door dash leading to us not receiving our order. The manager on the phone was exceptionally polite and understanding and immediately fixed the problem he did not create! We will definitely re-order soon simply because of this quality of customer service.

Went here to pick up pizzas tonight. The woman up front was slammed on the phone, call after call. When she finished, she made sure everyone was cared for. She was kind and treated everyone like family. We're in the middle of a move right now and friendly service and hot pizza made it night. Thank you, Monica for being you!
They don’t have their own delivery drivers. They contract out door dash drivers for delivery. Our order took 90 mins on an original 30 min wait. Food arrived ice cold and were missing the sauce and frosting cups that were included in our order.

Horrible service, manger claimed door dash didn’t deliver our order (was marked delivered but never received) yet we paid Pizza Hut directly to deliver. Then said she would remake it to help us out. WAS very rude and when we told her we would just come pick up she told us we would be refunded immediately and to have a goodnight. DO NOT order food from here there are some many other pizza places.

I had ordered from pizza hut for my workplace. It was the first time ordering from this specific store but I frequently order from another that is near my home. I followed the updates on my order and it said it was on the way. It even showed the driver on there way. Suddenly, the order was canceled. I called the store and they said it was "normal to cancel the order" but it should be delivered, which just didn't make sense. After the arrival time passed I tried calling the driver. I explained the situation but then he hung up on me. I called the store but they would not answer. I called the customer service line and they attempted to reach the store as well but they did not pick up. I did end up getting a refund but I had to change my plans quite a bit. I will make sure I never order from this store again.
The store on West End Ave. in Nashville, TN , in my opinion and experiences, the staff makes it pleasant every time. I have always been treated like they actually want my business and they seem like they want to please their customers, which Is rare nowadays....I live about 20 minutes away from this location and have one within 2 miles of my home, but I will drive here everytime I order Pizza Hut. Plus the food is always hot and correct.to my order.

Martha at this location was so helpful and sweet! She went above and beyond for customer service. Uber eats picked up our order, cancelled, and stole our order. Martha made it right and then some! She deserves a raise!
