Had an absolutely awesome experience . Visiting from Indiana on a less than Happy occasion with father at vanderbuilt hospital. I walked in to order I was greeted right away with a smile even though the lobby was full of door dash drivers, phones in her face as well as the young man that was up there helping her. Upon placing the order Tiffany introduced herself and Steve who was helping her hand then out they had me check my pizzas to make sure everything was correct and her words of your a part of our hut family and family takes care of family. Just says so much and hit home right now especially. On top of that the food was delicious, came out in time promised and well you already know the customer service was phenomenal ! so A big Thank you to Tiffany and team!!

I literally wouldn’t give this food to a homeless person. Pizza wasn’t cooked the Cinnabons were RAW DOUGH. RAW DOUGH!!! so nasty and they had an attitude over their crap service

All you have to do is read the other reviews to know to avoid this Pizza Hut. Will not be ordering from them again. Thanks for the $10 credit for an order that was delivered 55 minutes after the expected delivery time, which was over an hour and 30 minutes after the order was placed. I called after 40 minutes, was told I would get a refund if it didn’t show up in 10 minutes. Called 15 minutes later when the food finally arrived, and was told I would only get the $10 credit! Then why say you’d refund my order?? Mind you, the delivery driver wouldn’t leave his car and called me to come out to him?? Weirdest experience ever. Plus, as you can guess, all the food was literally COLD! And my order was incorrect. There was zero point in calling again, because all they could do was a $10 credit. Terrible experience. This is the 2nd bad experience with this Pizza Hut… will not be returning and don’t recommend.

When I received my order they didn't include the 16 wings and had bread sticks instead. I called and they sent the missing wings back out. I waited for 30 minutes and when the delivery woman showed up she said I owed money. I tried to call the store but we gave up after 15 minutes of no answer. I told the driver to take the order back since I'm not paying for my order a second time. How can a business be run this poorly? Honestly.
Edit. The pizza was undercooked too. Unbelievable.

I rarely write bad reviews, but this is consistently THE WORST delivery experience EVERY … SINGLE … TIME. I have always like Pizza Hut as a reliable option for taste and delivery, but I will order from anywhere else from now on. LITERALLY do not waste your time. Pizza delays are guaranteed and quality is not. Disappointing.
Honestly the food was ok but they have false advertising so be careful when coming down here had to learn the hard way .service took way to long and showed obvious signs of showing favoritism to certain people not trying to bring race into this and honestly would not recommend coming to this establishment with there being others with better service and food prep.

The order taker was unprofessional, I could hear commotion and cussing in the background, it was very clear he put me on speaker just before asking for my credit card information. The entire transaction really seemed out of place, so I didn't go through with the order, for fear of my credit card information would be miss used or stolen. If they cant move through a transaction professionaly, then why should I trust them to make my food.
