Ordered online today and it said estimated time was 35 minutes. I got a notification that it would be delivered from DoorDash, not the store. An hour and a half into the order I got a notification that the order was cancelled by DoorDash… I called the store, you can’t get in contact with the store only a call center. The call center notified me that the store was not open due to maintenance, no idea how to get my money back.

The wings were phenomenal, unironically some of the best wings I’ve had. The service was alright. It took a moment for staff to service us, but once they did it was smooth sailing. Points off for high cost and small portions.

Whoever was working the night of February the 9th should be terminated. After waiting 20 minutes for service, the person behind the counter said that they would not be taking any new orders in an incredibly rude fashion. We understand when businesses aren't taking any more orders, but the way in which this spoke to us is unacceptable.

I ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks. The worker wiped her nasty nose with her hands then grabbed the hot pans out of the oven with her jacket sleeves. She then proceeds to box the pizza. I asked her was she going to wash her hands? She replied saying she had just come out of the bathroom… but myself and the two other patrons watched her come from outside. Needless to say, I most def cancelled my order. Pizza Hut, fyi, this is why the world was just shut down with COVID, smh.
