I just ordered a large pepperoni extra mushrooms extra cheese. They did great with the extra mushrooms and the pepperoni toppings. But there ideas of extra cheese leaves a whole whole lot to be desired. And the pizza was burned on the outside of the crust . Whenever I would order extra cheese from Papa john's, I was well satisfied. They have this special where you can get up to 10 toppings for $12. They charge $2 extra for extra cheese. Papa John's never charged extra for extra cheese. I'm very well disgusted with dealing with Pizza Hut. I'm sorely disappointed. This pizza did not live up to my expectations or my standards.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered from this Pizza Hut. The first time they gave my entire order to some one else and I was very understanding. But this time I ordered pizza from them from Uber Eats bc they said I lived too far to deliver. I am 3 miles away. And when I got my order it was COMPLETELY wrong. They gave me regular breadsticks instead of cheese sticks and I PAID for extra marinara-which I didn’t receive. Like, GET IT TOGETHER. I worked in the service industry for years. And it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to do the job. Be organized and give the right items to the right customers.

This was my first time ordering from this Pizza Hut, and I have to say I was extremely pleased. The pizzas were hot and they looked really good. I usually go to a different Pizza Hut but this one’s probably going to be my favorite going forward. The other Pizza Hut I go to the service isn’t really prompt, but this one had great service and I was very pleased.

I was so excited to move into an area that has a Pizza Hut so I decided to order. My order took almost an hour and a half to arrive and then I discovered that the desert did not make it with the order but they sent icing for it…after looking closer it wasn’t even the right icing. I called a total of 6 times through this process and was hung up on and on one occasion told that the Memphis store was screening their calls. Finally after another hour of waiting I got the rest of my order. To sum it up…I will never order from them again. Very unprofessional and poorly staffed.

I normally love their pizza despite working there for years... I also do understand when things happen, but it took like almost 2 hrs to get the food, the driver was nice and apologized for the wait explaining that our order was stolen. But when I took it in my daughters pizza had sausage and Pineapple instead of chicken. Eww. My mom and I both tried to call a total of 9 times and when someone did answer we were hung up on. Come on pizza hut
