Nasty, nasty, and nasty! The Meat Lover’s had barely any meat, and the Pepperoni Lover’s was delivered with the wrong crust! I will never order from this location again. Customer service was fine, but the food tasted horrific. That’s $50 down the drain!

I ordered a carry out delivery & clicked on the address listed on my receipt from Pizza Hut for gps directions. GPS kept taking me in the middle of an intersection where there was no Pizza Hut in sight! I called a total of 5 times trying to get assistance on finding your location. Finally the manager suggested I type in 2701 Murfreesboro Pike which was 13 minutes from the address listed on my receipt! I drove around for 30 minutes or longer trying to find the address on the receipt from Pizza Hut when the address you had listed was wrong! I showed the manager & she said she would let higher ups know. Didn’t offer me a refund, free pizza coupon nothing for the trouble that was clearly Pizza Huts fault! I’m not happy!

The pizza was good, but kind of greasy. The cheesy bread bit crust is a nice change to the stuffed crust and has better flavor.

Ordered a large three topping hand tossed pizza but received a stuffed crust pizza. Was not aware of this till my wife got home die to not being shown order (worker admitted this when I called)
The worker simply stated this was a learning lesson (whatever that means for the customer ) and because we were unable to bring the order back in due to going to work, he said it was nothing he could due.
On one of the busiest nights of the year, I was told they close at 10 , and it was 10! Even though the website said 12! The regular manager wasn’t there it was this lady and there were several people trying to make orders! Y’all lost out on money!

Placed an online order from this Pizza Hut, I have to say this was the best hand tossed Meat Lovers I’ve had i. A very long time! From start to finish everything was perfect, received my order within 30 minutes, and couldn’t have been any better, keep up the great work and great pizza!!
