2 times in a row my order was messed up. This time I called and got the extremely rude lady who I think might be the manager who said I was lying and yelling. When I said I'm not yelling I'm talking strict she said "you're not my daddy so you don't need to talk to me like that." I've worked retail and I don't yell at employees but to accuse me of it and not just admit fault and fix it is ridiculous. She did offered to make new ones and pick up the old ones but I just got a refund instead through customer service because of her being as rude as possible.

I was just picking up an order and some woman in the back is complaining about something and cursing up a storm like there’s no tomorrow. Had me wondering if she knew people could hear her or if there’s a manager, heck she could have been the manager. To me such vulgarity makes no sense, there could be kids nearby.

New girl kera that takes order over the phone when you call is slow rude and doesn't know anything.. staff need better training and a new friendly person taking orders over the phone.

they never answer and never get orders right if you are lucky enough for it to even get delivered after ordering and they have your money. Customer service blames the store, the store will blame door dash, door dash will blame the store. I didn't order from door dash I ordered from the PIZZA HUT WEBSITE. Somehow it still goes around around and around. They should just close this location down look how many bad reviews there are below mine and it will paint the picture for here. Avoid giving them your business and they will pack up and leave but beware.... then all the employees will infiltrate other businesses in the community and make it bad there. No way to win and nobody is held accountable for anything anymore.

I ordered 7 pizzas for my students but only received 5. Luckily it was the last day of school so a lot of kids didn’t show up, and everyone was able to eat. I called the store several times but no one answered. I kept trying and finally got a worker but was placed on an hour and half wait. No one ever came back to the phone and eventually hung up on me. I decided to go to the store after work. Once there I was told there wasn’t a manager available and I should come back tomorrow. I asked for an alternate solution so I could get the issue resolved on that day… the worker (young Caucasian boy) told me he can’t call his boss because she told him not to ever call her when she isn’t at work. He then brushed off the problem and became very rude. I instantly called HR. I will never eat or order Pizza Hut.

There were 2 liters sodas missing from my order was told they didn't give it to him called in all they can do is give me a coupon or go in and pick it up that's why I ordered it for delivery not pickup
