I will never order from them again. They told me the pizza was on the way but the door dash driver said they canceled my order so i called and he said his manager sent the drivers home the pizza hut on Richard road

Just left. I ordered a pan pizza for carryout... I checked the pizza and it was hand toss.. The guy behind the counter said he ran out of pan... Nobody contacted me.. then he blamed me for being 10 minutes late as if that would change the fact that they ran out of Pan

I ordered at 5:40 they told me it would be delivered in 30 minutes. My order did not get here until 6:55.

We ordered pizza online with a delivery estimate of 35-45 minutes ten days ago. After an hour of no updates to the pizza tracker (it still said making the pizza) I called just to get a status update. I was put on hold and then transferred to the national customer service line who could not help me because the order was in progress. I called back and was put on hold again for ten minutes then the line hung up. My husband then called and got the same treatment. When it got to be 2 hours we went to get other food for dinner. Then I got a text that Door Dash had picked up our order. It never made it. We called the next day and we were assured the charges would be refunded. In three days it had not been so we called again, were assured it would be refunded and if not the store would refund us in cash. 7 days later we drove over to the store and the manager was able to refund the charges. She did apologize for the inconvenience, which was appreciated but I doubt we'll be back.

The staff up front was kind and welcoming, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the visit was overshadowed by a strong, foul sewer smell throughout the establishment. It was so off-putting that I was relieved I only came in to redeem free breadsticks with points — otherwise, I would’ve walked out. Cleanliness and atmosphere are just as important as service, and this location really missed the mark.

Waited for about 15 minutes before anyone came to help me. Had ordered on line and they said would be ready in 15 min it was actually 25 min. Not good customer service. Pizza was good though.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! I had the same story as all of the other reviewers. Order was canceled after an hour past expected delivery. Received no call or reasoning. Tried to get in touch with them and was hung up on the moment I said I was calling about an order that got canceled and was put on hold every call after that. Had to use the Google voice number to finally get through to someone. Needless to say, I never got my pizzas. There is a very well managed store Just down the road (On Nolensville) save yourself a headache and use that one.
