As someone who is very particular about food hygiene, I was disappointed by my experience at Pizza Hut. While observing the food preparation, I noticed workers handling ingredients without gloves, which raised immediate concerns. I promptly brought this to the manager’s attention, and he responded that glove use is not required. Feeling uneasy about the hygiene standards, I requested a refund, which was processed. I also noticed that several other customers in the lobby chose to leave without placing orders, likely due to similar concerns. This experience was unsettling, and I hope Pizza Hut addresses these hygiene practices to ensure a safer dining environment.

Typical PizzaHut. I wanted a $5 Box. Personal Pan pizza and a side. Oh, but wait- the sides are either fries or wings. Breadsticks dont qualify. Now keep in mind- wings are Much more expensive than the bread sticks, but for the breadsticks- their best menu item- you have to buy the breadsticks seperate.... 5 for $7. THATS MORE THAN THE PERSONAL PAN AND WINGS IN THE $5 BOX!!!!! Make It Make Sense!!! 20 years ago we ordered an Ultimate Pepperoni, paid like $4 extra only to find out it had 4 extra slices of pepperoni. Done. 10 years ago I tried to comeback- but they were out of Pepperoni, breadsticks, Mountain Dew and Pepsi..... Done. So tonight, I tried to come back. I tried. But PizzaHut can't get out of its own way. Now I'm sitting here waiting for my pizza and my Chicken/Bacon/Ranch sandwich at Domino's. Remember when Pizza Hut used to be an actual restaurant full of families on a Friday night, and now they're all carryout slots in a strip mall??? We Didnt Change. Pizza Hut Did.... and now yall suck.

Ordered delivery for my kids. When it got here it was not my order. I called the store and the manager said she handed the wrong order to the delivery driver. So I went to pick it up. I waited 20 minutes at the register with no employee in site. Then the manager came around and started yelling. She gave me my food which was cold. I spent 45 dollars on food for my kids that was cold and I had to put back in my oven when I got home. Considering it was supposed to be delivery they could have at least recooked it or gave me a refund. Horrible customer service.
Not all of the ingredients ordered we on the pizza. Pizza was like warm upon pick up and not cut correctly as ordered.

The older gentlemen working the register was extremely rude, tossed the box down on the counter, said "here ya go" and walked off as he was saying "have a nice day", which you could clearly tell he did not mean.
