i once gave this place a 5 star but I have just recently placed an order and my pizza came raw, I could visibly see the mozzarella and I was able to stretch the pizza like play-do, they remade my order and brought me, once another raw pizza, I am utterly disgusted. *THEY ARE SERVING RAW PIZZA MULTIPLE OCCASIONS* AVOID ORDERING HERE AT ALL COSTS*

Absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever seen in my life the bigger light skinned girl and red head were so rude and disrespectful to me and my gf who just had surgery for breast cancer denied me service. Could have offered me to order online but didn’t and refused to take my card info never going back and telling most of my Airbnb owners who live near by. East Nash do better

Gave me the wrong crust and the dough was WAY undercooked like still tacky undercooked. Boarded up front window says a lot. Lady was nice but pizza was awful . So bad I won't even eat it and I'm not picky about my pizza at all.

If I could give it a negative review I would. Been standing at the counter watching my food get cold for 20 mins already. The two women working were all around terrible at their jobs. No acknowledgement of me and when I ask about my food getting cold they’re just standing there

Terrible! On hold for 10 minutes. Hung up 3 x and called back. Always put me on hold. Drove to store. One guy sitting down behind counter because he didn't speak English and couldn't take my order . Not sure what anyone else was doing.
Our order was fresh and hot and ready when I arrived at the store to pick it up. It was right after all that snow back on the 10th of January, so the store was pretty busy, but I got in and got our order and was on my way in minutes!

The doordash employe Nicole was AMAZING!!! Pizza Hut forgot our 2 liter Pepsi and she took the time and gas to make sure we got our 2 liter. AMAZING EMPLOYE AND SO KIND!!!
