Every time I order, something is either left off or the order comes extremely late. I hate to complain but they are consistent with that. Also, don't order drinks from this location as you will either never see them or have to complain to send them back to the store for them.

Mobile order. Went to pick up and they closed early due to lack of workers. Lady at the door shut me down while I was trying to explain I had made a mobile order BEFORE they closed early.
My girlfriend was persistent and knocked again, the man at the door ignored her until the lady working there answered again. Long story short, my pizza was sitting on the shelf waiting for me but I had a difficult to communicating with them due to their lack of professionalism.

the service there was horrible. I waited 30 mins for a pizza and the guy working there was saying an hour wait for every person who walked in after me. Then when someone came in to pick up there order it looked like it was dropped on the floor and demanded a refund and the guy working there was like denying it. Then I got my pizza and it also looked like it was dropped on the floor. Overall such a bad experience do not come here.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Pizza Hut #103. My order was missing cheese sticks, which I understand can happen, but the way the situation was handled was completely unprofessional. When I called, I was told I could only get store credit since I couldn’t come pick it up. I agreed and asked how the process works, and the lady told me it would be linked to my phone number.

When I asked for her name and the manager’s name, she hung up on me. I called back three times before someone finally answered. She said her name was “Isha” and the manager was “Dre,” but no last names were given, which makes me doubt if those were even real. On top of that, I still never received the store credit I was promised.

I spent nearly $50 here tonight, and I could’ve gone to Papa John’s without all this hassle and attitude. This location has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

My order said it would be dropped off 30 minutes after I placed it. I checked the status of it after 30 minutes passed and it said it was dropped off. I checked and it was not there. I called the store and tried to see if they could contact the driver. They put me on hold. A man got on the phone. And very rudely told me my order was on the way, and I tried to explain to him that the status was saying it was dropped off. He just kept telling me it was on the way
. Waited another 20 minutes. They are 6 minutes down the road. Called again. When they answered. They answered “Yo”. I asked if this was Pizza Hut. Explained the same situation. Got dismissed again. Asked for a manager. He said he was the manager and I asked for someone above him. He said no one else can help me. He wouldn’t refund my order. And said he did not have the drivers number
. He’s a manger and doesn’t have an employees phone number. This is sad.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. My wife and I are staying at the BNA Hilton for a day, on our way to Montana. We don’t have a rental car so are relying on delivery for food. Placed an order and after an hour, my wife called to see when it would get here. With an attitude, the manager said it would be here soon and hung up. Then the website said it was delivered when it clearly wasn’t. Called back and talk to an employee who sounded extremely inconvenienced and aggravated that we called about an order we paid for but didn’t receive. I could hear the manager in the background making comments and huffing and puffing, like I just insulted his family or something. Then they proceeded to tell me I’ll receive a refund by Monday, it’s currently Friday. I asked about bringing a fresh order and he sighed as loud as he could to ensure I knew he did NOT want to do that. So now I have no food and am out the money for 3 days. We love Pizza Hut but from this one experience, It’s likely I’ll never order from there again. If this is their standard and management is content with that, then they obviously don’t need my money.

I placed the online order for wings . Once I arrived and paid cash to Rittney, I noticed she went to the back and with her unwashed hands! Picked up my frozen wings and drop them . I asked if that was my order she has just dropped she said Yes. I immediately asked for a refund! I would never eat at this location! She had an attitude with me and stated she is not required to wear gloves! Y'all I'm 8 months pregnant I would never risk getting sick on purpose! She's contaminating everyone's food and thinks it's ok! Beware
