The people are smarter than Dominos where the message service told me to ask about specials before routing me, they said “Specials are online only”, it was like pulling teeth to find out what they do deliver so I hung up, just way too hard.
I gave Pizza Hut of Lebanon a 3 (Dominos 1), because the sauces costed more than the product. I kid you not.

Awful 😵💫DO NOT EAT HERE. I ORDERED A PERSONAL PAN PIZZA ✨️(HAWAIIAN CHICKEN)✨️ THEY GIVE ME THE HAWAIIAN CHICKEN LUAU🤮 THEN BLAMED ME FOR NOT CHECKING IT BEFORE LEAVING STORE☠️. WHEN THE MANAGER HANDED IT TO ME.😳 IM ALLERGIC TO PORK AND GOT REALLY SICK DUE TO THE PORK BEING ON MY HAWAIIAN CHICKEN. (Looked like chicken) THE MANAGER LADY HANDED ME THE LUAU NOT THE ONE I ORDERED & WAS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ABOUT MY ORDER🤡. THEN SHE SAID TO ME, IF YOU GO TO CORPORATE THEY WONT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE YOUR NAME & NUMBER ARENT IN THE SYSTEM🤔. WELL THE CASHIER NEVER ASKED FOR IT🙄HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO KNOW THE PIZZA HUT PROTOCOLS. I decided to go to the all-you-can-eat buffet for lunch today since I had not been there in a while. The experience was better than most restaurants I go to on the regular. The crew that works the lunch shift was absolutely amazing. Rebecca was doing a great job running the whole dining room by herself with the help of another team member cleaning up, which worked really well for them. I even asked her for a certain kind of pizza when I got there and she delivered it timely as well as some extra stuff that she brought to the table for me that was not on the buffet. The customer service experience is top-notch here. The kitchen was kicking butt, getting pizzas out quickly for the lunch rush and everything was hot and super tasty. I’ve been in the service industry for over 20 years and it’s always great to find people who know how to do their job well. I think people sometimes forget about Pizza Hut, but if you are looking for a great lunch and good people, this is the place to come. Thanks again!
