Lilly! That is all. Seriously best customer service ever. We came in on a day the dining room was closed and she still sat us and took care of us. Anyone else would have turned us away and with our baby this was one of the only times we’ve been able to go out and enjoy a date together. So it meant the world to us that she took the time and care to serve us when she didn’t have too. Not only that but the food she prepared was fantastic!

I am so upset I order a pan pepperoni pizza with bone in wings. Around 9pm. The lady stated it should take 24 mins . I got there in about 15 mins and it was ready. When I got home in 5 mins to enjoys my pizza it was hard . I had to put my pizza in the microwave to soften it up. But that’s not what I’m really upset with. I called to let them know that I’going to bring the whole pizza back tomorrow and the lady just laid me out about she just made it .she will give me a $10 store credit and just hung up on me!! That was very rude. She might have been right and gave my pizza to the person before me because when I really look at this pizza it looks like thin crust instead of pan. Just plan rude!!! I would not have called and stated to bring this whole pizza back ifor nothing. Every time I come to this location my pizza was always fresh so what’s really going on

Terrible Experience! Do not order from this location. I placed an order to be delivered and I was told my pizza would arrive in 45 minutes. After an hour and no pizza I called the store. The manager came to the phone and said she would call the driver. The driver claimed she called. We are visiting from Florida so we are staying in a hotel. The hotel associate asked the driver for my name and the driver only had my last name. When I placed the order I gave the manager my first and last name. I even asked if she wanted my room number she kept saying no, no I don’t need that in a very rude and dismissive way. So now her “senior “ driver has no clue who the pizza is for and so she left the hotel with my pizza. The manager asked if we wanted to place another order and just to wait in the lobby!! I told her that I do not want to order and to give me her name so I could speak to her manager. She said I will not give you my name and I will let my manager “we did all we could do “ which is a LIE. She was rude and disrespectful! I’ve never ever had such a horrible experience at Pizza Hut!!!

My granddaughter and I were greeted with a smile. Seating was available even though the dining area was crowded. The pizza buffet was hot and plentious. The salad bar was fresh. The bathrooms were Clean (that's a biggie for me). My granddaughter was full of pizza and napped well !!!

Good Salad bar buffet just like old times! No one to let u know it's self seating and that u just grab a table and start eating but luckily other customers gave me advice. I went on a busy Friday when there was no school. Pizza bar was a little empty at first.

Had the opportunity to dine at a Pizza Hut Buffet while traveling on business from Chicago. Unfortunately all the buffets and dine in pizza huts have been closed or are carry out only near me. Was greeted immediately upon entry by Rebecca who got my drink quickly considering how many people are dinning. Location is extremely clean, food is very fresh and other staff am I overheard were very kind to other patrons. The next time I am traveling to Nashville I will make it a point to come here.
