Delivery was PATHETIC! Left off part of my order. Called store manager and was disrespected as though i shouldn't complain. I gave a $10 tip as I paid via debit card online too...as I always do. I'm done with this location. If you order delivery don't be surprised if it's slow, late and/or wrong....and don't waste your time calling the store manager. It'll be futule.

I made my order at 3:12 pm for it to be delivered at 6:30 pm. At 6:17 pm I received a text telling me it was out for delivery. At 6:50 pm I called the store and told them my order had not been delivered yet. The manager told me that she didn't know what happened, but the driver was on his way and that I was supposed to be his first order. At 7:10 pm I called the store back, but they would not answer so the call was transferred to the call center. I told them what happened and that my order was done cooking over an hour before, and I wanted the store to make it again. She said she would cancel the original order and resubmit it. 10 minutes later the driver showed up with the original order and I told him to take the order back because it was being made fresh. 7:35 pm another driver showed up and I accepted the order. When I opened the boxes, I discovered they gave me the wrong order. I call back AGAIN and told the manager. She said that the call center had submitted the wrong order and that she would personally make the missing items. I finally got my complete order at 8:24 pm. Now I don't know about you, but I feel that giving them 3 hours' notice to deliver my order by 6:30 pm was enough and it should have been here on time. I got my order 2 HOURS LATE. I think I should have gotten at least my money back for the incredible amount of time it took to finally get my order but no.

Ordered a pepperoni, Italian sausage,meatball, and onion pizza and also the meat lovers pasta and cheese bread.. the pasta was delicious as were the pizza and cheese bread except for the crust was. It was way to dark and over cooked.. the place was empty except for the staff and there was only one of them that i seen. And he looked to be doing it all on his own..

I had an online order very simple and decently priced no complain thereBut on the picking it up part I was rushed to check my order so I didn't get a good look so now I'm out $40 on 3 cheese pizzas and garlic bread when I ordered custom pizzas and 2 things of garlic bread but they can't help me cuz I "checked" my order but they didn't consider I was rushed to do that...Guys just double check your orders or just do to Domino's it's right down the streetI can't comment really on the food as I got 3 cheese pizzas instead of what I ordered so there is that

Placed my order in the app to be more faster on calling my order in. Got to the store to be told just a couple more mins no problem me and my family waited the app let me know the order was ready to find out they really lost my ticket no communication at alll. I received my food cold as hell the killer part is I left papa John’s to come there and Pizza Hut done this

I was Only picking up an order, but there is a amazingly nice lady, who not only handled my pick up but also managed to get four pizzas out and service two other customers while still handling my concerns in a timely manner. I’m not sure what her name was but I came in 11-20 at 11:30. This 5 stars only stays up if she gets the praise she deserves. Thanks for the experience. I’ll be back during another buffet time to hopefully sit and enjoy the atmosphere.
