I placed an order at 8:19 PM. The arrival time of the order changed several times. After an extended wait, the food never arrives and I get notification at 9:37 PM that the order was canceled because the restaurant was closed or stopped accepting orders. Very dissatisfied. Poor management. Poorly handled.

I have ordered from here before on UberEats and have always enjoyed the chicken tenders (they’re really good!). Extremely disappointed with my last order. Over $100 worth of four meals for friends, each were specified to be plain with sauces on the side. Each meal was wrong and contacting UberEats support for a refund as well as contacting the business directly has been a fail. Will not receive my business again.

I love wings, Zaxby’s had better. Spent the night in town for a business trip, thought I would try them out through DoorDash. I got garlic lemon pepper, wings had NO flavor I just saw specs of pepper no taste, fries soggy, cheesecake was so small. No utensils, poor experience.

They sent me fries instead of fried pickles which cost me $4.99. Wings were good. Fries sucked. I also paid for extra blue cheese which I did not recieve.

Ordered wings (all flats) with a side salad and asked for blue cheese. When I got my order as delivery, they gave me wings with drums in it even though I paid for all flats, fries, no salad, and gave me ranch instead of blue cheese. You would think they can follow at least some of the instructions
Food is decent. But it's hard to even find the place. I ordered it to go and then when I finally found the front entrance (behind the building and up a spiral staircase with no signage) there was nobody in the building. It felt deserted.

While on vacation, we decided to try Pluckerz because it was close to our hotel. When we walked in we were ignored and not greeted as the man at the front proceeded to text on his phone until someone from the back finally noticed we'd walked in. He even mentioned to stop texting and finally acknowledge us. After finally placing a togo order we waited over an hour for our food in an empty restaurant. Only one customer came in while we waited. We had to repeat multiple times our order was togo, and clarify what items we'd ordered from the kitchen. After over an hour we finally received our food, only to get back to the hotel to find we were missing part of our order. Then the food we did get, wasn't even right. For paying over $40 and only half your order? save your money and go to McDougal's! there are too many restaurants in Nashville with better service. better food. and half the price AND wait.
