The food is so good. If you want some good soul food this is the place. I had a beef roast plate yesterday and came back for more. Today I got the chicken and dressing plate with turnip greens and baby let me tell you. My plate did not make it home. He is so wrong for making the food this good. It is cash only but there is a store with an atm right next door.
Some solid classic soul food. Pork chops are fried and delicious, mashed potatoes are the perfect texture with a little chunk just how I like it. The cabbage is some of the best I've had, and the man running the place is great to talk to. Cash only

Hubby and I started off with lunch there. Both of us being undecided so we ordered a little bit of everything. I had the chicken and dressing and he ordered the fried chicken and a piece of pork chop. Everything was so good,we ordered a plate to go for dinner. Make sure you have cash,they do not accept anything else. It's a little hole in the wall place, nothing fancy, but the food is amazing. We will definitely be back. Comfort food hits the spot.

The pork chops are cooked to order and so good! And the little fried corn bread fritters were amazing!! Portions are huge and had enough to take home for a second meal. We will stop again if we are in the area!
