The flavors were good, fresh, vibrant, and well put together. I didn’t realize I’d be getting raw tuna (apparently that’s their specialty), and while some folks love it, I’ll skip that next time. Call me a paranoid sailor, but uncooked meat just isn’t my thing.

I love poke and anytime I get there. I wanna go. So when I saw that, this was really close to the hotel I was excited. I went in today and my own, added just about every vegetable that I could, and then went with some shrimp, spicy tuna, and salmon. Finish it off with little Ponzu sauce and some sesame seeds. I don’t know if I could’ve done it any different and been happier. This was just absolutely awesome. It was everything that I wanted it to be and more. I have to come...
