Love this place. Customer service 10/10. If you don't speak Spanish don't worry lots of bilingual and kind service up in here. This location is a tortilleria, counter service only. Quick. Not a sit down restaurant. 10/10 get there early for the flautas!

Best chicken burrito hands down. Sauce is excellent and perfect amount of heat. Weekly staple.
We ordered catering for our rehearsal dinner, and it was fantastic. It was very easy to plan with the manager and easy to order a few days before online. Everyone was talking about how delicious the food was. The entrees and all the sauces were unique, homemade, and very reasonably priced.
The tortillas here, both corn and flour, are excellent. We arrived a little to early for lunch, but lunch was being prepared and the smells were amazing. Highly recommend this place!

Authentic Beef Birria, I had the tacos, burrito and quesadilla......all were fabulous. They have chicken also but with beef this good, who would try it, not me! Great place with friendly staff and again, amazing food. Stopped in for a try yesterday and had to stop back in today. Highly recommend, 10 of 10!!!

Maiz de la Vida is easily one of the best new restaurants in Nashville. The moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a cool, laid-back yet upscale atmosphere. The service is fantastic, and each dish just keeps getting better. I highly recommend the queso fundido served with tortillas (not chips), the tuna tostada, and even the side of rice—it’s more like a delicious, risotto-style twist on traditional Mexican rice. On a scale of 1-5, Maiz is a solid 10!
They have the BEST Quesabirria in all of Nashville!!
