The actual food and service were 5 stars. Don’t get me wrong, this isn’t 5 Michelin stars high end food. It’s 5 stars for your standard fast food type setting. But the food court at Opry Mills needs a good hot bath. Since that’s not Popeyes fault, I’m not penalizing them. But it was kind of messy and unkept. Back to the food, everything was freshly prepared and good quality. Had a good amount of Mayo on the sandwich. Sides were acceptable for Popeyes.
I got the original Popeyes chicken sandwich, as is. With fries and a Dr. Pepper. The sandwich was savory, hot, and delicious. The fries were salty, crunchy and hot. Overall 9/10
Vegetarian options: Not very many options other than the masked potatoes, or the red beans a rice.
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s very easy to park and get to, just gotta walk a bit.

I dined here about a week ago and it appears there is all new staff at this location now! Service was great and food was much improved! I like so many others have experienced the rudeness of the previous employees at this location and always out of the basic foods with no apologies!But it looks like maybe they are trying to fix the problem because it was so much better!!
