Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I went here on this past Saturday and ordered a 3 pics. Classic. I don't know what was in this chicken but I got so sick that I couldn't get out of bed all day Sunday. I had the runs and throw up all day.

Miss Connie and staff are always friendly and a joy to see! My food is always hot and order is always correct. The outside of restaurant doesn’t look great, but it’s not in a good part of town.

Nobody’s in line, it’s a ghost town. You pull up after what seems forever, finally you gather the courage. It’s the third time this week…hello? “Hello welcome to Popeyes, it’s gonna be a second… we are out of most things…but we do have soda!!! And some chicken but you gotta wait 20 mins. Sorry bout that!”

Oh you don’t like that? We will scream at your window as you drive by! Thanks!

The treatment they gave us was horrible, they charged us more and in the end we had to cancel the order, they just kept waiting, they should close it 😖

Bad service you waiting a long time

The best chicken sandwich & FF ever. Service was outstanding. Really enjoyed my dining experience.

Our experience was terrible. Ordered a chicken sandwich and once I got down the road, opened up the wrapper and it was chicken tenders on a piece of bread instead of the filet I ordered. My fault for not checking before I pulled off from the drive thru but we were just trying to get away from that horrible experience as fast as we could. Had the employee told me they were out of filets, I wouldn’t have cared, but to sneak it in, is just disrespectful and disappointing. And both of our fountain drinks (sprite) were flat. Will never spend my money here ever again.

Went to the drive thur at 6 pm and young black girl with red or orange looking ponytail holler on the headset one moment, drove around to see what was going on she had one customer and she never came to the window, circle around the building there was no one in the lobby went back to the drive thur and she holler one moment again, so I left and called asked was they opening and she said yes, so I asked what the one moment was about she holler they was waiting on a customer inside and I reply there was no one in the lobby and she hung up the phone did see a manager but he went to his car to get high there was no lights on so how I know they were opening worst place to eat at services is horrible and sad

Waited in at the order box last night for 10 minutes (no one was in line). When I finally got someone and gave the lady my code, she came back and asked for it again. When I gave it to her again, she yelled at me over the speaker at the top of her voice. Very disrespectful, I left immediately and will never come back.

Absolutely Terrible. Food delivery guy waited an hour in the store. I had to cancel my order‼️ I even tried to call the store and the phone is off the hook. Yall suck‼️

Sitting in line writing this. I have been sitting here for 15 minutes waiting for someone to take people’s order. The lady at the speaker said hello and he said hold on 10 minutes ago. Still waiting. Longest I’ve ever waited for someone to take my order by far. Wild.

Update: it took 23 minutes just to get my order taken. They were nice when I got up to the window but that is crazyyyyy.
