Nice place. Went with my boyfriend. We were on a business trip just passing through. Great atmosphere. Bar tender lady didn’t talk much/ wasn’t very sociable. It wasn’t busy. Over all very good experience though.

Never have I ever been to a cigar lounge that required you to buy their cigar or pay $20 to smoke your own. Even though I purchased a double of Don Julio 1942 for $100.Horrible Selection of cigars so you’re going to want to bring your own, and buy the 8.99 acid which is the cheapest they have.

Staff was extremely rude. Horrible interpersonal skills and the humidor didn’t have a great selection. Older guy with long hair (Was able to put hair in a bun) made us feel very uncomfortable . He definitely work there because he was the one closing people tabs behind the bar. I would never go here again and i would strongly recommend trying Casa De Montecristo. They have a huge selection and the staff is very friendly.
I had the worse experience at this place. It’s a shame because I use to frequent this establishment regularly. The bartender and service were horrible. It was clear that I was not the type of customer that the employees wanted there. I was greeted with “what do you need” when I first walked in. As more of my friends came in they were greeted with “make sure you buy something” and “you need to pay your tab before you leave.” I arrange to have love ones meet me there because I was celebrating my birthday. In the group were two metro police officers but you would have thought that I invited criminals. I will never step foot in this place again and it’s clear that the employees working that day were ok with that..
