The spice is on point. My first time here and I was advised by the server to start out with regular hot. The chicken was a little to be desired for it was (temp) hot but needed some more meat on the bones. The mac & cheese was great though!!

Whenever I visited Nashville, this was a MUST stop! The old place burned down, and the new place just isn't the same. The servers are rude, the wait time is ridiculous! We waited over an hour. The chicken was dry. The spice was on point, although a person in our group got the mild and found it to be too spicy. Super disappointed! I really loved this place!

Order individually and get your food in minutes. Order as a group and get you food in 45 minutes. They give no reason why they prioritize their food tickets this way. Too long to wait for average food.

This place is very good. Chicken was so hot it made my eyes tear uncontrollably. Side note...The bone in is far better then the strips. The seasoning is incredibly tasty and incredibly hot. My first time eating nashville hot chicken and it did not disappoint.

Went to the assembly Hall location. Got the hot and it was good, but it was so busy that they were not marking orders correctly and we had trouble getting the correct items. Good hot chicken though, but I would try another location next time.

The bomb!! Get the xtra spicy!! Better flavor and heat than Hattie B's Staff was super nice as well

Pretty solid. I'd say on par with Hattie B's. Hardly any line when I went on a Friday at 2 pm. They were pretty quick with the order. Not a big menu. I got the hot chicken sandwich. I got the "hot" level, which was just right. Whereas hot at Hattie B's was a bit of a struggle for me. Overall very solid. Good batter and perfectly crispy. Coleslaw was good. Bun was just average though. Located in a mall. Basically order and seat yourself anywhere. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. A lot of the indoor seating is well ventilated as well. Lots of open air.

Wasn't great wasn't terrible! Had many locals tell me princes was the best/original. I kinda hope not! It wasn't bad, just nowhere near as good as the Hattie B's in midtown. Maybe it was a bad experience or maybe I meed to try a different location. I'll give it another shot, but as of right now, it's not my favorite.

Chicken is hottttt!!!! Mackenzie was soooooo awesome she walked us through each level of flavor was so awesome very good customer service!! Great job

The chicken was good I ordered mild and it was spicy my husband ordered hot and it was very spicy. Service was great and the food came out quickly. They are extremely busy and parking is an adventure but worth the trouble

The chicken has NOOOO seasoning. It taste like they defrosted the chicken and just fried it in the grease. I got the Medium flavor which had an awful taste. The chicken wings were pretty big for the price with fries. But they really need to work on the seasoning. The Strawberry Lemonade was very good though. That's the ONLY reason for the two star rating.
