Got to be the worst service I’ve ever had. Our server took forever to grab our drinks to start and then got the drink order wrong. We had a friend with us on a different flight and told her right away that we needed his food to come out before ours since his flight left earlier. His food came out as the same time as ours after we all waited for 30 minutes. Do they not realize people have flights to catch, no airport food should ever be 30 minutes.
Right when we got the food, our friend with the earlier flight asked for the bill so that he could pay. Server (shocker) forgot about it, so he left and told us he’d Venmo us once we got the bill. After asking the server for our bill it took another 25 minutes to get ours and the server again had to ask us what we ordered (never have had that happen before). After she finally brought them we had extra chargers on some of the checks. First time in all our lives we’ve never tripped after a sit-down meal.
They pull you in with the music and it looks cool, but this place is an abomination. Avoid

We spent the afternoon here waiting for our flight. The food was good, but the service and atmosphere were great! The live music by Matt Marinchick was better than all the ones we heard downtown, I could have listened to him all day! Every song he sang was great and his voice was so smooth. The bartender for the restaurant was entertaining as well switching out silly hats evert time we saw him. Honestly, it was the best meal and experience of our whole 4-day trip...go to Nashville and you don't even have to leave the airport! Thanks Pucketts and Matt Marinchick for ending our trip on a high note!

Staff seems annoyed that you are eating here. Prices on their menu also don't make any sense. Ordered the meat and 2 sides meal, but it's a 2 upcharge for each side.

Service was slow and not extremely knowledgeable. The fried green beans were disappointing — fried cornmeal was flat, dense and not crunchy. Also super salty. The fried pickles — double-breaded and deep-fried crisp — were crunchier, but the BBQ chipotle ranch was overpowering IMHO.
I did really enjoy the live music entertainment by Steven Cade singing on his guitar.
So my kids and I bought food at another restaurant and came over to sit in Puckett's. I ordered some food from Puckett's so that we can justify sitting there. One of the waitresses totally ignored us, walked by 3 times and not much as a have you been helped. And the beer I ordered they were out of it. Also because of the delays we were late to our gate to catch our flight waiting on the check. The only waitress helped us, did not get her name, but was very friendly and helpful. Whew

Ordered the apple jack pancakes and chicken to go only to receive it without the apples. My husband went back and they said they were out of apples, which was the main reason I wanted the meal. Had I known that, I would’ve ordered something else. Will not be coming back.

Great atmosphere- the bartender was absolutely hilarious and was changing his hats and creating little acts throughout our entire meal. He not only put on a show for the bar but also patrons in the dining area. He was hilarious. There was also live music which was fantastic. Food was good- nothing super special but nothing bad about it either.
