I am so tired of monopoly restaurants in airports. Don't get me wrong. There are some stellar spots out there amongst the terminals in different cities. Those are just gems. This is the chaff that makes you enjoy those.
The prices were loud and proud, but I was expecting that. The food was sub par quality which I was hoping to avoid. When they have a sit down spot in an airport and give you plastic wrapped utensils that are so cheap that the fork tines are like spaghetti, you know you are paying a lot for nothing.
I had a wrap with fries. I should have just gotten protein at a newspaper stand. That wrap had the taste of hospital food without the care of my health. The fries were ok and ketchup makes it all more homogenous.
The seating was terrible and the staff were overwhelmed. Management dragging in more dimes at other people's expense. Not a spot I will visit again during a Nashville layover. There's better spots in the airport.

For an airport restaurant, the lack of urgency was astounding. We had about an hour before our flight at the gate right next to here and the staff took their dang time taking our order and then took over 30 minutes just to bring out our food. All we ordered was a plate of nachos and a BLT with a salad… barely any cooking even involved. We had about 10 minutes to scarf down our food and then had to ask for the check not once, not twice, but three times. The first time I asked was when the food came to avoid this situation. We ended up having to walk up to the waitstaff stand to ask. We didn’t even have time to bag up the food we didn’t get a chance to eat, they didn’t bother to bring the box we asked for with the check. We ran off to just barely make our flight right next door. Horrible service.

This restaurant makes other airport restaurants look like Michelin starred establishments. Service was so bad. I asked for my check several times and the one woman doing any work was working both the bar and tables.

Absolute worst and rudest service from our server Cristan. Never have we ever been treated the way she treated us. She was snappy, aggressive tone, aggressive body language. Multiple tables were talking about how rude she is. As a server, I could never be unhappy or angry enough with my life to be that rude to customers. Food took forever and she got mad at us when we asked about it 30 minutes later. Food was not good either. Don’t risk starting of your trip or ending your trip on a bad note. Avoid Cristan and Puckets.

Had the absolute worst experience. I usually go to another restaurant when flying out of D but decided to give pucketts a try. Let me mention they were out of many things- my server greeted me and seemed extremely out of sorts seemed high (red squinty eyes) absolutely shocking for an airport. took forever for me and my wife to get refills on our sodas once our food came after 20 minutes. Summer was extremely rude when we asked for refills and completely unwelcoming. The food was dry and room temperature. Overall bad experience.

Went here for lunch on a break, waited for 15 mins before someone even came to greet me to offer me a table. But also keep in mind, a server seated a person that walked up after me but refused to seat me.
I like the food here but refused to patronize this business if this is the way that customers will be treated.
Just because you are short staffed, that does not change the way you treat customers especially those that a returning

This place is so bad. My food was burnt and it took 50 freaking minutes just for appetizers? Yeah, no thanks.
Not to mention it took about 30 minutes JUST for my first drink? FIRST. I do not recommend, just go to a small store or something.
The fries are decently good, the fried pickels are disgusting, the waitress was mumbling, the service is super slow. If you want a quick bite, eat somewhere else.

Great service and a nice place to wait for a flight but the food was mediocre at best. My chicken friend chicken was so tough and the 3 tablespoons of mashed potatoes they gave me for a side were dry. For $20 I expected better quality.

Disappointed with the service. My meal was served with no utensils, and I had to wait quite a while to get them. I wasn’t given water until halfway through the meal, and the salad was missing some of the ingredients listed on the menu. Overall, not the experience I expected.

Had a quick turn around business trip in town and stopped here for breakfast. Biscuit was tough but the pancake was really good. Crispy edges and soft fluffy middle and not too thick. They had their own syrup which I thought might be the best syrup I’ve ever had. Really good. The live music happening in the dining area was a great experience.
